The first one, is signed in iger as "Freedom 0.10" is a save made at the end of 0.10 for playing on 0.11 NTR content.
The second save, signed as "Lust 0.10" is a save for the 0.12 game and the NTS branches
And the third save, signed as "Love 0.10", is a Love Branch, it will be needed at 0.13
0.13 will be dedicated to all three branches, both NTR, NTS, and unique content for the branch of love
