I could help with certain languages, but personally, I think it would be more immersive to go with the original language of the project; just like it's better to watch movie in their local languages of the the actor/actress.

Happy Birthday, my personal opinion would be for you to focus on the story, before adding other translations to the game as I could see this slowing your progress down on the importance part, which is the story its self and any bug that you may come across as the game expands
