holy crap this is crazy and thanks for the heads up Wool cant wait too see how this plays out but i do wonder i know from a new pokedex pages that mega evolution can really mess a pokemon up and if i'm right Malachi's friend Sable does not have a mega evolution version

How is this not part that needs the content warning? No wonder he's traumatized. It looks amazing as always still holy shit. Sable looked so cute in the last post and bleeding from the mega evolution is terrifying. I really hope we can see this character again at some point, maybe having them return not being torn apart would help him finish the evolution he started but couldn't finish. Assuming Sable is alive, that looked brutal.

Ooh this has me intrigued! What specially did Malachi do to Sable to make them a mega Manectric? It must have been some kind of accident? Unintended contact with the mega stone somehow? I wonder if this is a case of Malachi blaming himself and not having the whole story, or if he really, truly did something horrible? So many questions! I'm super excited to see where this goes!

What? This isn't the trauma part yet... oh no. With your version of the story, this feels so much the pinnacle for the story of the partner... even before the more famous part of Explorers. I can't wait to see it all fleshed out.
