Succuquest 0.01 Live Updates
🕑 Added 2021-01-19 01:14:26 +0000 UTCLive updates have begun for Succuquest. This update adds quite a bit from the original demo. A new Hero's guild area, a caves area, two new enemies and the world can now be explored rather than moving linearly in one direction.
I have quite a lot on my to do list for adding polish and more environment still to add. I am still working on the save system, but that is one of the things I'm going to be adding ASAP.
Any feedback on how the game feels to play will be extremely helpful though to polishing up what I have so far so that my next demo will be as impressive as possible.

When did you originally download the file? I recognize the text box moving around and the respawn loop as things I fixed a little bit after the original post. The same link should have those fixes up now, but if you downloaded just recently, then I may need to tinker with the fixes.

so I got around to testing this out and I noticed a few glitches and other problems, 1) when trying to bind keys to a controller if you use a trigger button it will bind multiple keys at once (you should probably add a delay or a table system to fix this) 2) the text box and text for the people in the house did not work at all, the text box was moving around the screen and no text showed up at all 3) if you die you respawn with 0 health and immediately die again
