Live Updates for Adventure High 0.33

It took me a little bit longer to get this one started, as I started off with a fairly time consuming change; redoing the descriptions on all the spells. Here's what the first live update is starting off with.
- New art for Julia's Library scene by Hilent
- New art for Sarah's Library Scene by Vancroz
- Spell discription box size changed, more detailed spell discriptions added for all spells, including spell school, associated spell types/elements, and casting cost.
- Spell stamina cost rebalanced; many spells cost more stamina to cast.
- Rest now restores three times as much stamina as before.

Thanks. I've been trying to focus on improving the gameplay this update cycle. I got some good feedback since last month on things that were annoying control/gameplay-wise and have been trying to figure out and fix them all.

Thanks, and yeah I am planning on adding new spells in this update. Eventually I am planning to fill out every character's spell menu completely.
