One Thing After Another…
🕑 Added 2023-09-25 21:50:02 +0000 UTCDoes it ever feel like it’s one crisis right after the other? I was talking with a family member who has been going through so much. They were making plans to visit me after they had a short hospital stay last week, but now a close family member of theirs ended up in the hospital as well. He said it just feels like they can’t catch a break.
These difficult times happen for everyone. What do you do to make it through? I find that the relationships I build consistently are where I can turn for support in the tough times. The good habits I try to maintain when things are relatively calm end up being very helpful when everything goes sideways.
What ways do you most need people to show up for you when life gets tough?
