Oppai Loli has always been a weird topic. On on hand, you have erotically massive breasts, while on the other hand, you have child-like body proportions. While it is fictional, it looks like you are sexualizing minors, which is likely against Patreon guidelines. Despite that neoteny is something that exists, you can imagine the difficulty of arguing the character is a neotenous dwarf with a severe hormonal imbalance.
