Yes we actually have one! It's a lot of fun but its behaviour regarding slides is so different from the 303 that we probably won't use it in a 303 video :)

I have no idea. Before I stumbled on your channel I didn't know what a 303, 808 and 909 are. I'm reverse-discovering what impact these machine had on me and why I like certain artists more then others. I really like what you're doing here and I'm discovering new songs I like, e.g. I was completely ignorant that B.O.B. exists. (My only, lame excuse is there were so many MP3s to discover on our internal student network that I didn't have time to listen to anything else out there. Unforgettable from that era is Bjørn Lynne and Josh Wink.) I just discovered Higher State of Consciousness was made on two 303's. Okay, there you have it.
