Wow that is awesome!! That was such a cool experiment! Short explanation a terrarium is basically any container that has an environment that can sustain the plants and animals inside. So you could call Biosphere two a giant terrarium

So at what point is it a terrarium? My son worked at biosphere two for awhile. It just seems like a really big terrarium although they call it a controlled environment.
