Big & Small (vignette)
🕑 Added 2024-10-03 13:04:13 +0000 UTCTrace took a slow, deep breath, his bulbous pecs expanding against the afternoon sun. The muscled mounds were sculpted and huge, just like the arms folded beneath the platinum blonde’s head. With his baked bronze skin, kept smooth from the eyebrows down, Trace looked like the trophy that he’d become. His physique and features were certainly statuesque, his well-muscled frame capped by a jaw that seemed to widen daily, a matched set of razor cheekbones, a sturdy nose, and a pair of plump, soft lips. His cropped hair had been chocolate brown once, and a dusting of a similar hue had covered all of his athletic body, but Owen only wanted hair on his head, and he wanted it bright and blonde, so now it stayed a light, white gold. Trace had been a little embarrassed by the garish new color at first. So much of his new life had been tinged by humiliation in the beginning, the rapid changes leaving his head spinning. They’d all been changes for the better, and Owen took such good care of him and Noah, but even happy changes could be hard. “Dude…remember girls?”
“I remember wasting my time on ‘em,” Noah said with a short, scoffing laugh to match Trace’s drunken chuckle. He looked over at the sculpted stud in the chaise next to him, feeling the same sequence of thrills he always did at the sight of his friend’s bare, brawny body. There was an immediate punch of lust, followed by a slight stab of embarrassment over the arousal, then a bit of confusion and novel excitement, all buttoned up by a vague shiver of anxiety. The way Trace’s broad shoulders and piston arms filled the chaise was truly impressive, and Noah knew the same could be said for himself, but, while they pushed against the boundaries of width, the bald beauty kept thinking they fell short in terms of length. He pumped his meaty thighs, causing his barely covered bulge to twitch even harder, his wiggling toes well above the end of the lounger. Sitting in the open air in nothing but his skimpy thong, Noah felt powerful in a way he’d always wanted. His body was heavy and solid and sturdy, bearing an abundance of muscle the likes of which he’d never been able to build on his own. Neither of them could. They’d both been fit and athletic, rising stars on the university’s baseball team, but they’d been lean and tapering, not bulky and strapping. Noah wasn’t entirely sure that he’d wanted to be quite this big, but then he felt foolish for having such a thought. He and Trace were jocks, and jocks always wanted to get bigger. As far as their muscles went, anyway. Noah’s complete lack of hair didn’t help ease that uncertainty, as his smooth scalp only served to magnify and exaggerate his already-striking features. He’d had a full head of wavy yellow hair once, but Owen said it distracted from how pretty his face was so it needed to go. Noah had always thought of his features as “handsome” more than “pretty”, but, now that there was no hair or stubble to obscure them, he had to admit that Owen had a point. Where Trace was square and strong, he was sharp and pointy, the delicate features looking out of place as they sat beneath his shiny scalp and above his powerful physique. “All that work just to get our dicks sucked,” he sighed, shaking his head.
“I know, right,” Trace said, a hand absently drifting to his squat, teal bulge. Not long ago his cock had been long and lean, like the rest of him, but now it was short and wide, the pudgy organ distending the pouch and letting the sides of his equally girthy balls fall free. “And we could’ve just, like, been doing it for each other the whole time! What the fuck was wrong with us?”
“We’ve always been dumb jocks, bro,” Noah shrugged. Trying to figure out why the statement didn’t feel exactly right made his head hurt, which only served to reinforce the sentiment. “Can’t expect too much from a pair of horny idiots, you know?”
“Truth, bro,” Trace grunted, running a stubby finger along the ridges of his muscle gut while his cock surged. At first, he’d been embarrassed whenever he’d jerked off or played with himself in front of his friend, but now he relished the other man’s presence. They were already plenty used to being naked around each other from their time in locker rooms, so it wasn’t really that far a leap, and this way they got to appreciate the way the other’s body swelled like their own. “Like, I didn’t even know our dicks could get jacked too,” he said, fishing the stout rod free. The tip of the rigid organ barely crept out of Trace’s fist, but the width was so great that the blonde could barely close his fingers around it. Though whether that was due to the heft of the cock or the shortness of the digits was hard to determine.
Noah bit at his lower lip as he eyed his friend’s plump tool. “Yeah, but like, that’s weird…isn’t it? They got thicker AND shorter.”
“So did we, bro,” Trace said, wiggling his toes to emphasize how stubby his meaty little legs were. He followed it up by breaking into a double bicep pose, his expression proud as his bodybuilder bulk inflated on command. “It’s like Owen said…we get bigger when we get smaller. And we, like, WANT to get bigger, bro. Look at this shit!” The blonde hopped to his feet and went through a series of poses while turning in a slow circle. The movements accentuated the breadth of his rippling back and the size of his melon cheeks, the stage-ready striations popping on the stocky stud’s shredded frame. Trace would have been a monster of a man had he still stood his original 6’2” height, as would Noah, but the loss of fifteen inches each mitigated their intimidation factor. “Fuckin’ huge, man,” he grunted, dropping the pose and pursing his lips as he resumed tugging on himself.
“Dude, like, totally,” Noah nodded, a meaty hand groping one of his hefty muscle tits. “But, like, big AND small? How does that work, though,” he asked, his other arm inflating as he absently rubbed at his smooth scalp. “Didn’t we used to give Owen shit ‘cause he was tiny?”
“Oh, fuck! Dude! You just big brained it!” Trace cheered, his eyes wide. “THAT’S how it works! ‘Cause we’re, like, big AND small. Like, at the same time! Owen was just small. That’s, like, totally different,” the blonde said, clearly proud of himself.
“Ohhhhh, bro! You’re right!” Noah heaved a sigh of relief, shaking his head. “I was, like, kinda twisted over it. Fuck…can you believe we were dicks to a dude like Owen?”
“You said it already, man…dumb jocks,” Trace grunted, slapping his slab of a chest. “I’m just glad the dude doesn’t hold a grudge. Can you believe he let us move in with him?” The platinum-haired pretty-boy gestured at their resort-like surroundings, his eyes wide. There was a massive swimming pool, huge hot tub, cabana, and bar just on the patio, to say nothing of the broad, rolling lawns beyond. Behind them, the opulent estate lived up to the description, the mansion stuffed to the gills with amenities. There was a gym, a sauna, a theater, a lower level that might as well have been an upscale cocktail bar, bathrooms bigger than some apartments, and designer furniture from wall-to-wall. It was a veritable palace, and like an emperor, Owen said he had plans to build his court. Trace and Noah kept pestering the dark-haired hunk to throw parties, but always got the same answer. Owen wasn’t ready yet. He still had to “get his feet under him,” whatever that meant. Their friend seemed plenty established as far as the buff pair was concerned, but they were also hazy on exactly how long it had been since they’d been invited to move in. On the one hand, it felt like mere days. On the other, like they’d lived there forever.
“Dude’s, like, such a bro,” Noah said, his delicate brows furrowing. “It’s so cool how he helps us get big and just, like, lets us chill, you know? We’d STILL be too stupid to know we could just fuck other dudes if it wasn’t for him.”
“Bro…the look on your face the first time you took my dick,” Trace laughed, twisting his expression into an exaggerated mask. He howled and thrust his meaty globes back, giving them a shake. “OOOoooOOOOHHHHhhhHHHH!”
“Me?! Did you hear yourself when you were givin’ it to me? ‘Oh god…oh god…oh god…oh god’,” Noah whimpered, his voice rising into a whine. “Told you I was fuckin’ great in bed, bro,” the bald bruiser said proudly, just barely questioning whether or not that’s how he’d ever meant the statement. “Even Owen thinks so.”
“Owen said he likes us both the same, dude,” Trace said, his tone immediately defensive. “It’s not, like, a competition.”
“I’m just sayin’…I’ll ride that dude’s dick aaaallllll day,” Noah sighed, both hands resting on his smooth scalp as he squirmed on the chaise.
“No you won’t, ‘cause I’d make you share,” Trace laughed. “He just keeps getting hotter, too. I mean, it was hot even when he was still tiny and we weren’t this shredded. But, like, now…” he gave a low whistle that turned into a groan, the pace of his pumping increasing. “He looks like we used to, dude. Can you believe it? Little Owen’s all taller than us now, and, like, fuckin’ fit, too! He used to have that little pencil dick…shit was fun, don’t get me wrong….but dude’s hung now.”
“I’m glad he can wear all our old shit,” Noah said. “I know he can afford fancy stuff…it’s just hot seeing him walk around in my old boxers and jerseys and stuff. I think he likes it, too.”
“Of course he does,” Trace said. “Way he’s always doing it around us…I think he knows we like it.” The blonde flashed a bashful grin and looked down at the straining thong currently stretched around his trunk-like thighs. “Do you think he’ll ever let us wear, like, anything other than these little panties again?”
“Who cares,” Noah shrugged. He rolled off the chaise and peeled out of his own purple thong, tossing it aside to emphasize his point. “Do you want to?”
The blonde quickly shook his head. “No way! I mean…not really? But, like, it might be kinda weird if he does start having people over like he said, and we’re just, like, runnin’ around all hard and naked and shit. Right?”
Noah cocked his head as he thought about it. “But Owen likes it when we’re all hard and naked…and it’s his house, so, like, it’s fine,” he said, pausing. “Right?”
Trace reached out and gave his friend’s bald head a rough rub. “Dude! Two in a row! You’re, like, so fucking smart.”
Noah beamed. “Can’t help it,” he said with a smug smile. “And, like, Owen said it wouldn’t be much longer before people came over AND we got to go out again. I think he’s almost got that ring figured out.”
Trace let his hand drift down Noah’s slab of a torso as he spoke. “Still can’t believe that dude’s luck. Like, what’re the odds he’d show up right after the Liberty Legion whooped Seductra’s ass and find that thing before they did? Talk about being in the right place at the right time. Wish WE were that lucky,” he said, now tugging on Noah while he stroked himself.
“Bro. Duh. Look around,” the bald stud, grunted. “We ARE that lucky. Owen didn’t, like, have to share her ring’s power with us.”
“Who else would I share it with?” Both of the stocky studs abruptly stopped what they were doing and turned their attention to the approaching Adonis. Owen’s sculpted, tapering frame glistened with sweat, the beads trickling through the dusting of raven hair that covered his newly acquired, mediterranean muscle. Far from the scrawny, 5’7” waif he’d once been, the newborn hunk now stood just over six feet, his now-athletic frame looking perfectly at home in nothing but the small blue briefs. “After all, we’ve known each other for so long,” he purred, reaching out to rub each of their heads, “and you two were always trying to get my attention. There’s no one else I’d rather have in your places right now. That much I can promise.”
Trace’s stomach fluttered as he gazed up at Owen. The taller man’s features were sharp like Noah’s, but the layer of stubble coupled with his thick raven coif made the former nerd seem more handsome than pretty, just like the shortened stud once had. “You’re wearing my old undies,” Trace cheered, his cock aching as he eyed the outline of Owen’s inflated organ pushing against the pouch. “They look even better on you, bro.”
“Such a sweetheart,” the dark-haired hunk cooed. “You boys enjoying yourselves out here?”
“Now that you’re here,” Noah grinned, his hands landing on Owen’s trim hips while his eyes looked squarely at the kind of lean washboard he used to possess. The tapering waist was a far cry from his current muscle gut, and he wasn’t sure if it was lust or envy he felt.
Owen grinned as Noah’s stubby hands slipped into the back of the briefs and gripped his muscled bubble. “You’ve both become such charmers,” he sighed, stroking the bald hunk’s head like he was petting a cat. “But I have some good news, and I have some bad news. The good news is that you’re both about to get a little bigger! Unfortunately, I think that’ll have to be the last growth spurt. The two of you are just about perfect, and any more would tip those scales.”
“Awww…” Trace pouted, sticking out his plump lower lip. “Does that mean you’re not getting any bigger either?”
“Not for a bit,” Owen said, motioning for the blonde to come join him and Noah. “I’m enjoying my current size. I get why you two were always in the gym…workouts are much, much more fun like this,” he grinned, looking down at his sweat-soaked briefs. “Which isn’t to say I won’t continue to make a few tweaks here and there. I have a final idea in mind for you two, if you want to help.”
“Of course, bro,” Noah said, answering for the both of them. “Whatever you want!”
“Let’s start with the usual,” Owen sighed, his eyes drifting shut as the ring on his right hand began to glow. The purple gem pulsed with a dull radiance, like a bright light buried under layers of gauze. “This should leave me around 6’4” and the two of you around 4’6”. There’s a beautiful symmetry in that, don’t you think?”
Trace wasn’t sure that he agreed, but his body was already vibrating. It took a moment for him to do the math, but he felt like losing another five inches each was a lot. Still, he knew where that mass was going, and it was a price he’d gladly pay as he watched Owen’s perfect physique stretch further skyward. The dark-haired hunk had become a gorgeous demigod, looking for all intents and purposes like he’d just stepped out of an underwear ad. The blue briefs were now stuffed to capacity, a tighter fit than Trace ever experienced as they hugged Owen’s gravity defying globes and thick, girthy package. The dark-haired hunk’s cock was starting to twitch like it always did when they grew, and Trace’s whole body tingled at the thought of just how big it had become.
The blonde beefcake’s body tingled for more obvious reasons as well. Looking down at himself, he was both stunned and delighted at the extra mass he’d acquired. He was broader and bulkier than ever, his slab of a chest now forming an obscuring, mountain range of muscle while his arms now hung at an angle from his sides. And while Owen’s cock had lengthened and thickened, his had done the latter while actively receding, now looking as wide as it was long above a set of churning, overfilled orbs.
“Bro! We’re fuckin’ beast mode, dude,” Noah cheered, giving Trace’s heaping rear a swat. “We look like total juicers. Check out this fuckin’ gut,” he grunted, patting his lumpy midsection.
“And those tits,” Trace grinned, palming his friend’s inflated pecs.
“Like I said,” Owen sighed, the pair now looking him almost directly in his waist. “Just perfect.”
“Oh, man! You’re, like…I don’t even…holy shit I want you to fuck me,” Noah sputtered, tugging on the front of Owen’s briefs. “My ass is so fat now! You’re gonna love it, dude.”
“First things first,” the taller man tutted. “I’m almost perfect…just need a final tweak…”Trace and Noah both shivered as Owen’s fingers drifted along their wide, nearly-absent necks. The sensation was similar to when they grew, but more focused and intense. “Well? How did I do,” Owen asked, a triumphant smile creeping across his face at the sound of his deepened voice.
“Oh shit! You sound, like…so…hot…wait…” Trace started, his now-squeaky voice trailing off when he heard the higher register. He blushed and grinned before trying again. “Do I sound funny?”
“Fuck yeah you do,” Noah laughed, his eyes going wide when he realized he did as well. “Oh…whoa…am I, like, all squeaky too? I am! Do I…do I like, sound as weird as I think?”
“You’re absolutely perfect,” Owen said, his altered voice coming out in a rumbling, seductive purr that perfectly matched his impossible physique.
Trace didn’t agree. He kept thinking more than ever that he and Noah should look, and sound, more like Owen. They shouldn’t be these squat, squeaky studs with hairless muscle and uselessly wide stumps for cocks. They were the Big Men On Campus, Lady Killers, Top Dogs, Alphas, not horny little himbo meatheads. Trace knew he wasn’t really some platinum blonde bimbo with big tits any more than Owen was a smoldering hunk. Noah wasn’t a burly bald power bottom who’d been sucking on helium; he was a varsity star, hung and handsome. They both were. But Trace knew they couldn’t be those things AND have Owen the way they wanted, And even if he’d had a choice, he knew which one he’d make. “You really think we’re perfect,” he chirped, blushing.
“What does it look like,” Owen said as Noah tugged his briefs down. His now-eight-inch rod sprang free, finding its way into the bald bodybuilder’s mouth instantly.
“Hey! No fair,” Trace whined, wrapping his arms around Noah’s meaty midsection from behind as his friend bent his knees to get a better angle. They were now both short enough, and Owen tall enough, that they didn’t need to fully kneel. He wanted to jam himself between his friend’s inflated cheeks, but between the heaping globes’ growth and the new width of his cock, it wasn’t as simple as it had been. He settled instead on rolling his hips to grind the oozing organ between them, his fingers landing on Noah’s nubby new nipples.
“Now, now, don’t fight,” Owen rumbled in his altered voice. “There’s more than enough of everyone to go around.” He let Noah continue lapping away while Trace humped his friend’s backside, relishing the sight of the miniature meatheads. “I didn’t finish with my good news, either,” he finally continued. “With this, I think we’re finally ready for some company, and for you guys to finally get back out there. I was thinking we could invite a few of your friends from the team over? They seemed to like it when you two would try and get my attention…it’s only fair that I share the wealth with them, right?”
“MMMmmhhhmm…like…totally, brooooOOHHHHH!,” Trace squeaked, blasting all over Noah’s back at the thought of their teammates joining them. He didn’t know if he was horrified or eager at the thought of seeing them in his current state, but Owen seemed happy about the idea, and that was good enough for him.

I'm definitely revisiting this one! So much ground left to cover when their friends come over. Things are still crazy at the day job so I didn't have time to dig into it now, but hopefully soon.

What a great story! Always great to see arrogant jock bros taken down a peg, quite literally in this case and the trait swapping was a nice touch! Excellent!
