Kingsbury Harbor: Along for the Ride (vignette)
🕑 Added 2024-08-23 18:53:19 +0000 UTCA reappearance of a special pair of glasses in this one.
Jason jogged down the beach, his bare pecs bouncing as he trotted over the sand. An errant breeze had grabbed the frisbee, carrying it much farther and higher than Sam’s intended toss. He’d jumped for it, his sturdy legs launching his athletic frame well into the air, but the spinning disc had whizzed by just beyond the reach of his sculpted arms. He’d given his friend the obligatory ribbing about the poor throw, but the grinning brunette didn’t mind the activity at all. Jason was never happier than when he was moving. Sports of all kinds, lifting weights, going for a run, bedroom romps; the handsome hunk relished any activity that involved using his body. And it showed. His shoulders were broad, his pecs appealingly prominent, his arms strong and sculpted; all of which served to emphasize the tight taper at his waist. His tiny nylon swim trunks clung tight to his muscled bubble and meaty thighs, the bunching blue fabric politely obscuring his hefty package, at least while dry. At only twenty eight, Jason’s strong, square features were still smooth and youthful, just like the rest of his tanned, toned frame. His sharp cheeks bore a dusting of stubble that matched his wavy, dark brown hair, emphasizing rather than obscuring his soft lips and dimpled chin.
But, while anyone who saw the shirtless stud would have viewed him as gorgeous, Jason didn’t think of himself that way. He knew he was attractive, and he wasn’t above leaning into that when the situation called for it, but his above-average appearance was a byproduct, not the end result. He wasn’t trying to keep himself handsome; he simply stayed that way by engaging in all the vigorous hobbies he naturally enjoyed. The problem was that he found himself with less and less time to enjoy said activities. Though he savored all things physical, Jason spent most of his time behind a desk. Between his impressive looks, charming personality, and nimble brain, he’d rocketed up the career ladder at work, collecting an intimidating amount of responsibility to go along with his equally intimidating paycheck.
The last thing Jason wanted to do was complain about where he’d landed. After all, he’d sought it out and had done the work, and he knew he was lucky to be making much more than most people his age, but he was already looking for a way out. He was trying to be smart with his investments so he could cash out and enjoy an early retirement by the end of his thirties, if he could last that long. The constant juggling act between the ceaseless responsibilities at work, having time for a social life, staying in shape, and not falling into the easy trap of financial overextension was already exhausting. It was why he’d lept at the chance to take this trip with Sam, the first chance he’d had for a real vacation in years, and why he’d left all the planning up to his friend. As far as he was concerned, he was just along for the ride.
Jason didn’t even care when the original itinerary fell through, as long as they went somewhere. The initial plan had been for him and Sam to spend a week in Bar Harbor, hiking and exploring the coast during the day, and hitting the bars at night. It was going to be an encore of their college spring breaks, but with an adult budget. Things had looked briefly bleak when their rental fell through at the last minute, but then Kingsbury Harbor had appeared, bringing with it everything the pair sought. The small seaside town had hiking, beaches, boats, and bars, not as bustling as their intended touristy spot, but that isolation was a silver lining. Instead of fighting cruise ship crowds, Jason and Sam mingled with friendly locals. The beaches were populated but not overcrowded, and neither of them had ever been to a town with a more laid back atmosphere. No one seemed to care what anyone looked like, what anyone wore, what anyone did, or who they did it with, as long as that same courtesy was reciprocated. There was an almost surreal level of acceptance, which was further enhanced by the town’s liminal setting. Steep hills, jagged cliffs, smooth sand, historic architecture, quaint city streets, and maritime trappings were all nestled in the isolated coastal valley. Even the weather and waves seemed abnormally warm for New England, creating a bubble that Jason never wanted to burst.
Though he and Sam had only been there for two days, he couldn’t remember the last time he’d felt so relaxed. The cozy, converted surf shack they’d rented overlooked the ocean, with their own trail down to a beach that could be followed into town. And although there weren’t as many bars to choose from, both men had been pleasantly surprised at the town’s active nightlife. They’d immediately noticed the predominantly male population, especially when many of those men openly checked them out or flirted, but that was only a minor adjustment. Neither Sam nor Jason were above hooking up with a guy on occasion, and there’d always been a bit of an aroused undercurrent to their own friendship over the years. Jason was particularly enjoying the way Sam had taken charge with the planning on their current trip, and he was curious when his friend would take charge with something else as well. They’d fooled around in the past, and while they hadn’t yet on this trip, he didn’t think it would be long before it happened, especially with the town’s overtly gay vibe. So if they paired up with other men, or each other, it didn’t matter to Jason, as long as he had an excuse to get naked with someone. He was already thrilled at the fact that he hadn’t worn anything other than swim trunks and flip flops for two days, the town not having any pesky rules about people wearing shirts indoors, so he was off to a good start. And it looked like things would stay that way. The plan that Sam had come up with for the day was to spend a bit of beach time that morning, then check out some of the nearby trails before heading into town for the afternoon and evening.
“Hey…good morning,” Jason nodded to an approaching stranger when he finally arrived at the wayward frisbee. He immediately noticed the man’s strange glasses, the lenses appearing scratched and opaque, like they were made from tumbled sea glass, but they were far from the strangest fashion choice he’d seen since their arrival in town.
“Got away from you, huh,” the man asked as Jason bent to retrieve the disc. “Good morning for it, at least.”
“Right? Doesn’t get much nicer than this,” Jason said, his polite small talk coming to an abrupt halt when he stood back up. The man stared directly at him, a friendly smile on his face as the brunette’s body broke out in tingling. Jason’s head started to spin as a wave of unfamiliar, impossible sensations washed over him, his every muscle going tense. Though it all happened in less time than it took for the surprised stud to gasp, the ballooning hunk felt like time had come to a stop as his body began to expand. Shoulders grew thick with muscle, his arms inflated, and his pecs jutted as a pair of juicy mounds above his now shredded washboard, while his already ample cheeks and muscled thighs grew to a pair of plump pumpkins and granite pillars, respectively. Even Jason’s girthy package got in on the action, with his already-impressive cock gaining several inches and his churning balls inflating to match. That last growth spurt was made all the more noticeable when the addled Adonis swapped his modest trunks for a skimpy thong of the same shade, the string fully swallowed by his muscled melons and the pouch pulled down to the base of his cock by the weight of the organ it contained.
“Well, have a good one,” the man said with a nod before continuing on down the beach.
“You…you too,” Jason sputtered, momentarily frozen in place as he struggled to process what just happened. Looking down at himself, he now had the body he’d secretly dreamt of, the kind of chiseled, brawny physique that came from having plenty of time to build and hone it. But while he knew he hadn’t possessed it only moments before, it already felt entirely natural. So did his exposure, the embarrassment he felt at being nearly naked rapidly reduced to a simmer instead of the boil he expected. As he tried to get his bearings, all Jason really felt was content. The sun was warm on his now-fully bronzed body, and the sea air wafting against every part of him sent a pleasant tingle straight to his eager, inflated organ. Jason could feel the thick log just waiting to spring to life, especially as he started trotting back towards Sam. Everything bounced and rubbed in ways that were simultaneously new yet normal, and the brunette beefcake’s confusion only got worse when he made it back to his friend.
The mere sight of Sam sent a fresh shiver through him. Though still fit, the burly blonde didn’t share his friend’s all-encompassing love of physical activity, letting his physique go on a steady journey from “ripped jock” in his college days, to “dad bod” now that he was pushing thirty. With a light dusting of golden fur and a short, trimmed beard adorning his boy-next-door features, the beefy blonde was pushing “bear” territory, but he hadn’t officially crossed that threshold. “You okay? You’ve got a weird look on your face,” Sam said when Jason bounded up to him. “Did that guy say something to you?”
The scantily-clad stud didn’t know how to respond. Part of him was still trying to piece together what, if anything, had just happened, another part was too busy staring at the large bulge in the front of Sam’s trunks, and another was hanging on the blonde’s every word. There was a protective tone to that last question that made Jason quiver, his hair-trigger cock already twitching. “No, he was fine…just small talk,” the brunette said. Though they were still the same six-foot height, Sam suddenly seemed smaller, physically speaking, yet larger than life as far as the way Jason perceived him. Just being near the other man was having a physical effect on him, calming his hazy anxieties.
“Good,” Sam nodded, watching the man with the odd glasses continue down the beach. “They said this stretch of beach was ‘clothing optional’, but you never know with some people.”
Jason snapped the thin waist of his thong. “Does that mean I can take this off,” he asked before he even realized the question was forming.
Sam grinned and rolled his eyes. “You made it a whole thirty minutes without asking, so I guess we can give you a treat. It’s a vacation, right?”
Instead of slipping out of the thong himself, Jason started excitedly shifting his weight from foot to foot while Sam reached out and tugged the slinky garment down. The shredded stud’s cock instantly shot to life, but he couldn’t decide if that was something to be embarrassed about or not. Sam didn’t seem to think so, which was good enough for him. “Oh man…thanks, dude. That’s so much better,” Jason said, stretching his muscled limbs as if he’d been in a straightjacket. A part of him still felt like he should be more concerned at the prospect of being seen naked and hard in public, a concern which manifested itself in an odd way. “Can I go swimming,” he asked, surprised once more at the unintended question. He didn’t know why he’d have to ask Sam if he could go swimming, or why he was so fixated on how the other man would answer.
“Yeah, have at it,” the blonde shrugged. “I’m gonna stretch out here.”
Jason turned and bounded off into the surf, his rigid club of a cock wagging like a tail in reverse. The aching organ had to be over ten inches, but it was just one of many odd sensations as the dazed brunette bobbed in the waves. His body felt stronger and more powerful than ever, brimming with an overabundance of virile energy. Jason felt supercharged, mentally and physically, but things were a different story when it came to his emotions. He didn’t know why he’d become so infatuated with his friend, or why Sam was acting like everything was normal, and why the blonde had undressed him. Then again, Jason himself struggled to remember that things weren’t normal, so it made sense that Sam would be so calm. Of course his friend was calm. Sam was always calm, which is why he relied on the other man so much.
A stab of anxiety sliced through him as soon as he had the thought. Jason frantically started looking around, his heart racing as he realized he’d lost sight of the other man. He felt a bit of relief when a wave lifted him and he saw his friend reclining on the sunny sand, flat on his back with arms folded behind his head, but it dawned on him just how far away the blonde was. Moving on a strange new instinct, Jason found himself trudging back to the beach as fast as he could, until he was standing dripping, naked and hard over his prone friend.
“That was fast,” Sam said, not moving or opening his eyes. He grinned after a moment’s silence, one of his blue orbs popping open. “Did you get scared?”
“What? No! I didn’t…” Jason started sputtering, trailing off when he realized that’s exactly what had occurred. “I mean…I just…okay…yeah,” he finally admitted, his broad shoulders slumping.
“Awww, dude,” Sam chuckled, reaching out an arm for Jason to help pull him to his feet. “You should’ve just told me. You didn’t have to try and be brave,” he said, giving the brunette’s washboard a rub. Jason had no idea what was happening. He didn’t know why Sam was talking to him like he was helpless, but he was more concerned with why he felt that way. Specifically, why that dependence felt so natural. He was a little embarrassed at the admission and his friend’s response, but more than anything he was thrilled at Sam’s comforting touch. “Do you want me to come out there with you?”
Jason nodded, finally realizing he was still holding his friend’s hand. “Thanks, dude,” he said, not letting go as they trotted back out into the water. This time, Jason felt perfectly at ease. Splashing, dunking, floating, rough housing; for the most part, it was no different than any other time they’d gone swimming together. The fact that he was naked and hard the whole time still struck Jason as possibly off, as did the way his hands kept finding their way into Sam’s trunks, but that slight discrepancy didn’t provoke nearly the same anxiety as the thought of the other man’s absence. “I’m so glad you found this place,” Jason eventually sighed, his inflated cock poking up out of the water as he floated on his back. “I’m so glad you planned this whole trip and everything. You…you take such good care of me, man.”
Sam raised an eyebrow as he watched Jason’s herculean frame floating nearby. “Of course, dude. What else would I do? Not like I’m going to leave you behind. I’m glad you’re having a good time.”
Jason righted himself in the waves, his stomach fluttering. “Can I…can I kiss you?”
Sam’s smile made the naked hunk melt. “You know I don’t normally go for that sort of thing in public, but I don’t think we need to worry about that here,” he said, nodding.
Jason’s arms were around him in a flash, his rigid cock wedged against the other man’s furry stomach as he held him close. Though he’d kissed countless partners over the years, the altered brunette couldn’t remember anyone who’d done it better than Sam, just like everything else about the burly blonde. Jason was still aware that he was considered a decent kisser himself, and that just about anyone would be thrilled to be making out with a gorgeous hunk in the glittering waves, but he didn’t feel it the way he felt he should. He felt like he was the lucky one, like he’d won the lottery having a handsome hunk take care of him and make all the decisions while he got to run around and build his beautiful body.
Something about that last thought struck Jason as familiar, like there was a time in his life when he didn’t have those things, when they were nothing but a secret desire of which even he was only half aware. For just a moment he could clearly recall how things were before, when he didn’t spend his days naked and horny and hopelessly dependent on his friend, but then they were gone.
“Ah-ah,” Sam chided when Jason started to pull his trunks down. “I don’t know if I’m ready to cross that line yet.”
“You sure? It’s fuuuuun,” Jason sang, giving his friend’s exposed cheeks a squeeze.
“Maybe by the end of the week,” Sam shrugged.
“But by then you’ll regret waiting so long,” the brunette countered, careful not to cross the line into arguing. “Come on…you said it yourself. We’re on vacation.” Jason loved the way his friend blushed, but he loved it even more when the other man’s trunks came off.
“I’m only doing this on the way from here to the cabin,” Sam said. “And only because you’re being so cute this morning.”
Jason still didn’t know why the other man was talking to him like he was a pet, but he loved the way it felt so he wasn’t about to complain. He relished the sight of Sam’s burly body gradually rising from the waves as they headed back to shore, the other man’s equally rigid cock making his mouth water. “See? It’s fun,” Jason grinned as the blonde hurriedly gathered up their belongings. “And you’re fuckin’ hot, dude. You need to show that ass off some more.”
The blonde shook his head, still blushing. “I don’t know how you’re just so chill all the time,” he said, holding the bundle of towels and trunks in front of his fat, solid cock.
“‘Cause I’ve got you,” Jason shrugged, as if it should have been obvious.
“Woooowwww…someone’s really earning themselves a treat when we get back to the house,” Sam said, leaning in to give his friend a quick peck before lumbering up the path to their cottage.
The beefy blonde delivered as promised. He threw his friend down onto the bed as soon as they made it back, draping himself against the brunette’s broad back and taking the sculpted stud for a wild ride. Jason couldn’t believe how good it felt to have the other man inside him, ignoring the nagging thoughts that kept telling him he and Sam had never fucked before. That he’d never been fucked by, or even wanted to be fucked by, another man before. His body told him otherwise, as did the massive loads his untouched cock launched as his ample muscle bounced and rippled from Sam’s vigorous impacts. The sensation of the blonde blasting into his guts filled Jason, literally and figuratively, with a kind of contentment he’d never imagined possible, drowning out the persistent questions that kept bubbling to the surface.
When they went outside to the attached shower stall after they’d finished, Jason let Sam lather him up and scrub him down. He let the other man towel him dry, and when they went back inside he lingered naked while the blonde slipped into a dry pair of trunks.
“You probably want a snack after all that, right,” Sam asked, heading to the refrigerator before Jason could answer. He pulled out a protein shake, but instead of just tossing it to his friend he shook it himself and then opened it before handing it over. “There you go.”
“Thanks,” Jason chirped, his cock already twitching as he watched Sam drop onto the couch and pull out his phone. He was hard again in moments, his free hand occasionally drifting down to give himself a tug, but the idea that he should feel at all hesitant about being naked and hard in front of the other man, let alone playing with his inflated organ, never registered.
Sam didn’t appear to think it was odd either. “Alright, so there’s a couple trails not far from here that we can try,” he said, looking at the maps on his phone. “This one goes through a swamp and then a little ways up the mountain before looping back down towards town. That could be fun.”
“Sure,” Jason shrugged, perfectly happy with any option as long as it meant they’d be together.
“Easy to please as always,” Sam grinned, finally looking up and watching as Jason tugged on himself.
“What can I say…I’m a simple man,” the chiseled Adonis said, realizing just how true that was. Though it still felt wrong, he remembered how basic his existence had become, how Sam went to work and did all the hard stuff like deciding what he’d wear and what they’d eat and where they’d go. Some people might have seen that as a lack of independence, but Jason didn’t. All he had to do was hang out and feel good, which didn’t seem like captivity at all.
“You just want to stay here and fuck all day, don’t you,” Sam asked, knowing full well the answer even before Jason flashed a coy grin. “Don’t worry, we’ll leave time for more of that before dinner.”
Jason’s smile grew, his stomach fluttering at the way Sam ordered for him when they went out. “You promise?”
“I know how much you’ll pout if we don’t,” the blonde said, hopping back to his feet. “Speaking of…we’ll need to take care of this first.” Jason let out a grunt when Sam grabbed him and started pumping. Though he’d just gotten off not long before, the strapping stud felt like he hadn’t cum in days, his default state. Jason knew he was perpetually horny, his massive log more of a hindrance than a help in most day-to-day scenarios, but that was just one more reason why he was lucky to have his friend. Getting jerked off in order to leave the house wasn’t anything to be embarrassed about. “Theeeere we go. Good job, bud,” Sam chuckled when Jason blew a few moments later.
The brunette’s elation fell when Sam rummaged through one of their bags and pulled out a small lump of plastic. “Ugh…I hate wearing that thing.”
“I know, I know,” Sam said, fastening the cage around Jason’s softened snake. “At least it lets you get out of the house. Not everyone’s as happy to see your big guy as I am.” Jason silently squirmed against the confining sensation as Sam pulled out a coral, tropical print speedo and cropped tank-top, obediently lifting his legs and raising his arms to let the other man dress him. The outline of the cage was clearly visible against the straining speedo’s stuffed bulge, but Jason knew he’d be hard and popping out of the speedo without it. A part of him was embarrassed at the bright, revealing outfit, even if it felt as confining as the cage around his cock. “Lookin’ good, stud,” Sam said, giving the brunette’s meaty rear a swat. “You ready to go?”
Jason shrugged and adjusted his grapefruit bulge. “You know me. I’m just along for the ride.”

Thanks! I was thinking in the original that even though everyone just seems to accept it, the people who got changed would still have some echo of how things were, at least for a bit. Just didn’t have the room to really dive into it back then.

That was really hot! Interesting too to see from the perspective of the person who changed rather than the guy with the glasses from the first story. Nice touch to have him partially aware afterwards too!
