Overcast, ch. 18: The Ritual Finds You
🕑 Added 2024-05-18 15:00:07 +0000 UTCRyan hadn’t intended to watch the video, but, to be fair, it was in the name. “The Ritual Finds You,” it was called, a fitting title for something that randomly appeared in a person’s feed. Ryan had never looked up many videos on casters or magic or anything of the sort, so it was an odd item for the algorithm to put in front of him. Even more odd was how it had started, interrupting the music video he’d been watching as if someone abruptly changed the channel. At first, Ryan thought the sudden shift was part of the video for the song, until he’d noticed the different title in the bottom corner of the screen along with a fresh run-time. There’d been no name associated with the new clip, nor any information or comments, only a title that refused to fade after a few seconds the way they normally did. He’d instinctively reached for the remote to back out of the unwanted video, but he’d hesitated just before hitting the button.
The scene was simple, only an unremarkable young man setting up a circle of candles in a dark room, yet there’d been something captivating about it. Strange symbols were illuminated on the outer perimeter as the man lit the candles one-by-one, muttering a low, indecipherable chant the entire time. As he’d strained to make out what the man was saying, it had occurred to Ryan that the sound suddenly seemed louder, but not in the right way. The volume hadn’t increased; it sounded like it was coming from the room around him, not the large flatscreen on the wall.
Everything went dark before he’d been able to react, the once-bright living room now lit only by a flickering ring of candles. It all happened so fast that Ryan didn’t even have time to panic as the ritual on screen became a reality, his head spinning from the impossibility of it all. That spinning grew in speed as his vision had begun to flicker, a string of bizarre, alarming images flashing in zoetrope fashion before his wide eyes. Ryan saw himself as if he’d been looking into a mirror, his toned, fit frame accentuated by a tight tank-top and a pair of cotton shorts. The outfit showed off his deceptively broad shoulders, the ample definition on his chest and arms, as well as the tightness of his waist. The compact shorts below clung to his lean, sturdy thighs and emphasized his perky little bubble, their bright orange color coupled with the teal top popping against the young man’s tanned skin. Ryan’s wavy, coffee-colored hair and sharp, stubble-covered features completed his impressive appearance, though his increasingly stunned expression looked out of place on the handsome landscape.
As he’d watched the stuttering images flicker by, Ryan struggled to process what he saw. The strobing display showed him casually removing his shirt, running a hand through the light dusting of hair on his trim torso before just as slowly dropping his shorts. He’d watched himself knead the impressive bulge in his briefs, the staccato striptease taking an even stranger turn when those briefs began to stretch. His choppy reflection had turned to give him a profile view, and Ryan could only gawk as his doppelganger’s rear expanded. The perky bubble steadily ballooned, growing thicker and rounder with each abrupt image until the briefs gave out altogether and let the impossible pumpkins loom free in all their gravity defying glory. Not to be outdone, Ryan’s toned thighs had thickened to accommodate the oversized cakes, leaving the once-trim man exaggeratedly bottom heavy. Ryan had winced as he stared at the altered reflection, noticing how the growth at his legs made his average cock seem suddenly less impressive, though the organ itself hadn’t seemed to mind as it surged to life.
The source of that surging became clear a moment later when a shadowy shape formed behind his twerking twin, settling as a faceless, naked hunk whose muscled proportions dwarfed his own, save for the rippling new mounds clapping at his lower back. Ryan actually gasped when the man began rolling his hips, a strange pulse of desire throbbing through him as he’d watched his reflected face twisting with ecstasy. The droning chants had begun to be drowned out by a loud, desperate howling, and it wasn’t until the darkness faded and the room returned to normal that Ryan realized he’d been the one bellowing.
“What…what the fuck was that,” he stammered, his face going crimson when he looked down and saw the spreading dampness, and softening cock, in his shorts. The living room was once again bright and the music video he’d originally been watching was back on the screen as if no time had passed, his unintended eruption the only sign that anything odd had happened at all. When he sniffed at the air Ryan thought he could detect the sulfurous residue of extinguished candles, but it was faint enough to chalk up to his imagination. His sticky shorts, on the other hand, were another matter entirely. “How did I just blow a load without even…” he trailed off and stripped out of the soaked bottoms, taking a detour through the bathroom to clean himself up. His whole body still tingled from the recent release, and his cock already twitched at the memory, an odd reaction for a supposedly straight man to have following images of himself getting fucked by another guy.
And yet, though he’d never thought of it in any context other than a joke or an insult, Ryan suddenly found himself curious as to what being on the receiving end of a dick would actually feel like. Whatever he’d just witnessed, if he’d actually witnessed anything, had certainly seemed pleasant enough if his sopping briefs and shorts were any indication, but it was an abrupt shift in perspective. “Ooooookay,” he sighed, shaking his head and attempting to will his eager cock back to sleep. “That’s more than enough of that. Gotta start drinking more water…maybe go to bed earlier…I don’t need to be hallucinating in the middle of the afternoon.”
Ryan did his best to ignore the persistent thoughts as he slipped into a clean pair of briefs, and when that didn’t work he tried not to think of anything at all. He stood and closed his eyes, blocking out the TV still playing in the other room, ignoring his phone when it started buzzing, trying to simply let the thoughts wash over him and roll away. Instead, the only thing that rolled were his hips as they mimicked his reflection’s earlier moves, a fact that elicited a fresh round of blushing when the flustered brunette finally noticed what he was doing.
Ryan tried to tell himself that he didn’t actually feel an aching emptiness. He tried again and again to convince himself that he didn’t really want a pair of strong hands clutching his hips, or to feel a broad, solid body looming behind him, but he knew it was all a lie. Regardless of where they’d come from, or their novel nature, the desires currently coursing through him were entirely genuine. He wasn’t just curious about what it would be like for a man to take him; he wanted it to happen. Desperately.
And it was a desire that his body seemed to share. Ryan was so focused on the intrusive thoughts and the way his cock had already throbbed back to life that he didn’t notice the other changes at first. He simply assumed the increasing tightness in his briefs was due to the growing tent and nothing else, but, when he finally looked down, he discovered things weren’t anywhere near simple. Thighs that should have been tight and toned had become noticeably larger, and the straining red fabric’s true antagonist was revealed as soon as Ryan shifted his weight and felt his fuller cheeks bounce. Like the adjoining limbs, what should have been a matched set of firm, perky little mounds had inflated, jutting out in all directions.
“WHAT THE FUCK?!” Ryan cried, the abundant color draining from his face when he reached down and squeezed the supple globes. A part of his stunned brain kept insisting that it was all just his imagination, or a trick of the light, or something wrong with the briefs themselves, but there was no denying the excess of flesh his fingers bit into. “How…how did my ass just get…bigger…” he stammered, the room seeming to spin around him. Ryan clutched the nearby dresser for support as the absurdity of it all slammed into him, only not in the way he’d anticipated. The problem turned on its head like a switch being flipped, with the increasingly bottom-heavy brunette no longer panicking because his ass had grown, but because it hadn’t grown enough.
“But…but that’s not…no!” Ryan grunted, the aching need at his core intensifying by the moment. He couldn’t tell if it was just his imagination or if his briefs were still getting tighter, and he wasn’t prepared to actually hope for the latter. Already his long, lean frame had been warped out of shape by the new curves below his waist, and the last thing he should have wanted as he stared at his unfamiliar reflection was for those curves to increase.
A knock at the door pulled Ryan’s attention away from the mirror. He knew Tanner was coming over, they were supposed to be going for a run, but as he stumbled out of his bedroom he kept thinking that he shouldn’t be answering the door in such a state. It wasn’t just that he was in his underwear, that was nothing new for either of them, it was the way his inflated cheeks shook and rippled with each step. It was the way his thighs had started to rub together at the top, and the way he could feel a new breeze on the sides of his ass as they spilled free from the confining underwear. Ryan knew he shouldn’t be greeting his friend with his rigid cock outlined in his briefs, nor should he be so excited by the prospect, but his stomach actively fluttered as he lumbered to the door with his shifting gait.
The blonde giant waiting on the other side flashed a smug smirk, a reaction that struck Ryan as being as out of place as his own. “Whoa! Someone’s glad to see me,” Tanner chuckled, looking the blushing brunette up and down.
His mouth watering at the sight of the strapping blonde, Ryan wanted to point out that “glad” didn’t even begin to cover it. Despite never having had a single erotic thought about his friend, it was taking all of the now-curvy brunette’s willpower not to throw himself into Tanner’s meaty arms. The other man wasn’t just a few inches taller, he was significantly more built, with a sturdy, brawny frame that Ryan’s trim proportions could have fit comfortably inside of. Where he was toned and wiry, Tanner was a lantern-jawed jock through and through, with broad shoulders, plump pecs, bulging biceps, and thighs like Ryan was sprouting. The difference was that on Tanner the thick thews were proportional, whereas on the otherwise trim brunette they were starting to look photoshopped. “Tanner! I…uh…I don’t…something’s…something’s happening,” Ryan stammered, struggling to pull his eyes away from his friend. The blonde’s shelf of a chest was mostly exposed beneath a loose muscle shirt, and his thin little running shorts left none of his hefty bulge to the imagination. “My…my ass is…”
“Lookin’ juicy as ever,” Tanner chuckled, giving the expanding melons a swat. He pursed his plump lips as the other man’s cheeks rippled against his palm, continuing to knead them as he spoke. “Couldn’t wait til after our run, could you?”
“No!” Ryan barked, his face going red when he realized what he’d said. “I mean…they’re…they’re not supposed to be…”
“Shoved into those tight briefs? I know,” Tanner grunted, running a finger along the bottom elastic of a straining leg hole. Most of the adjoining cheek had forced itself free, a shiver running through the addled brunette at how close the digit was to his ravenous hole. “Where’d you even get those things?”
“What do you mean? They’re…mine…” Ryan said, trailing off when it occurred to him that they very much were not. Given the size of his rear it was a miracle they hadn’t exploded already. There was no way he’d ever be able to wear something like them on a regular basis. “Aren’t they? I could’ve sworn they…” On cue, a loud tearing, followed by a blessed rush of freedom, cut off Ryan’s sputtering. He let out a short gasp as his cock sprang free, a familiar stab of embarrassment hitting him when he saw how much smaller the rigid organ looked poking out between the pillars of flesh on either side. It was nothing like Tanner’s thick club, but, then again, he didn’t need it to be.
“Admit it…you just wanted to show off for me,” the blonde purred, finally reaching out and wrapping his arms around his friend. His huge hands clamped onto the exposed, supple pillows as he leaned in and rested his forehead against Ryan’s, their noses brushing together. “I mean, it worked. Consider me suitably impressed,” he said, grinding his hardening bulge against the other man’s aching organ. Ryan felt like he should try to explain what was happening. Whether Tanner would have believed him or not, he felt like he should have at least attempted to describe the strange visions and the way his ass had started ballooning, or, at the very least, to question why his friend wasn’t surprised.
He knew it was foolish as soon as he had the thought. Like the confusing desire to grow, the notion that any of this was in any way wrong suddenly seemed ludicrous. The only thing to complain about was the fact that the strapping stud wasn’t inside him yet, and that was something Ryan could remedy. Without saying another word, he slipped his own hands into the back of Tanner’s shorts and pushed them down, taking his friend’s briefs along with them, until they both stood in nothing but their shirts. Ryan felt a shiver of pride at the way his tank-top bunched on his oversized new shelf the way Tanner’s muscle shirt did on his friend’s granite globes, at least until he raised his arms to let the teal top be stripped free.
The bottom-heavy brunette trembled with anticipation as he stood naked and hard in the bigger man’s arms, his overloaded mind racing to catch up with its new reality. He’d loved Tanner for nearly a decade, ever since they’d met during their freshman year of high school, and he’d always known how attractive his friend was, but he’d never experienced either of those things with such intensity. He didn’t just love Tanner, he was in love with him, and he didn’t just know his friend was hot, he felt it to his core.
And that wasn’t the only thing he felt. “Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck,” Ryan moaned when the bigger man spun him around and bent him forward, a pair of large, stubby fingers slowly slipping inside.
“Wow…you ARE eager today,” Tanner laughed as his friend’s tight hole latched onto his fingers like a third hand. “Kinda surprised you didn’t have something in there to keep you company already.”
Ryan started to ask what his friend meant, but the rush of memories made it a moot point. Suddenly, he knew exactly where the dozens of beads, vibrators, and plugs were scattered throughout the apartment, some even mounted to floors and walls. He hardly ever went without one of them inside him, even when, especially when, he left the apartment. The aching emptiness he’d felt earlier began to make sense, and Ryan was a little concerned about his lack of embarrassment over the thought of walking around in public with a plug up his oversized ass.
But it all struck him as impossibly normal. The tiny, tailored shorts he now wore, the thongs and jockstraps, the way his shifting pumpkins pulled focus wherever he went; it was all exactly as it should have been. His thick thighs were like sirens beckoning men to dash themselves against his supple cheeks, and Ryan was all too happy to let his freakishly large proportions sing.
“Guess I was just in the mood for the real thing today,” he purred, pressing back against Tanner’s probing hand.
“Dude…you’re ALWAYS in the mood for the real thing,” the blonde scoffed. “Since when has that ever stopped you?”
“Are you seriously complaining right now,” Ryan asked, raising an eyebrow as he looked back over his shoulder. “I can always go get one if you’re not…”
“No, nope, no complaints,” Tanner said quickly, shaking his head. “You’re not the only one who’s been looking forward to this all day.”
Ryan felt himself melt at his friend’s words, the other man’s deep voice seeming to travel through the very fingers rooting around inside him. He sighed, his eyes drooping, content to let the other man take as much time as he wanted. Bright bursts of pleasure would occasionally shoot up his spine and pulse through his untouched cock, but Ryan knew they were nothing compared to what was coming.
Despite that knowledge, he still wasn’t prepared. When Tanner finally pulled his hand free and slowly worked his long, wide club inside, Ryan’s vision went white. There was no pain, he’d long since progressed beyond that in this new world, only pure, undiluted ecstasy. Ryan heard himself howling already, and he heard the chuckle it elicited from Tanner, but he still wasn’t embarrassed. He knew his friend wasn’t laughing AT him, and even if the other man was, a part of Ryan found the condescension arousing. He was turned on by the way Tanner casually shucked his muscle shirt as he started rolling his hips, how the beefy blonde’s brawny body would flex and tense with each hammering thrust. The sensation Ryan had been longing for, of large hands holding his trim waist in place, finally arrived, and the penetrated brunette lost himself to the rolling tides of rippling bliss that his clapping cakes brought him.
By the time Ryan came, it all felt like a pair of well-worn denim. The way Tanner’s body draped against him, the lovely fullness his friend’s cock filled him with, the matching rhythm of their writhing bodies; it was all blessedly familiar. Ryan remembered how he now routinely spent his time with a man inside him, not just Tanner, though the hunky blonde was his favorite. But his needs were too great to be tied down to a single person, and his unique proportions were a gift that needed to be shared. His trim torso and bulbous bottom made him a one-of-a-kind commodity, and he had a responsibility to his public.
When they’d finished, a jog was no longer necessary. There’d been plenty of cardio involved, and both of them were sweaty, sticky messes. Ryan let out a contented sigh and silently slipped free of Tanner’s slumbering arms as the brawny blonde dozed, wanting to go check his phone. He vaguely remembered it buzzing right before his friend arrived, and it had continued to light up throughout their romp. There were several missed calls from a number he didn’t recognize, and he was grateful that he’d ignored the call as soon as he listened to the voicemail.
“Hello, this is Agent Morse with the BMR,” a deep, gruff voice said. “I’m calling because we just had a blip on our radar that indicates you may have been exposed to a spell remnant. We had an unfortunate incident with a caster a while back who’d tried to record a ritual and post it on the internet, and it pops up in video feeds every now and then. If you watched the video, it’s imperative that you call us as soon as possible. Don’t panic if you begin to notice any physical alterations, strange desires, or odd reactions from people you know. You’re not in any danger…just call us back and we’ll do what we can to set things right. I can be reached at…”
Ryan deleted the message before the agent finished the number and crawled back into bed with Tanner. As far as he was concerned, there was absolutely nothing that needed fixed.

Voting Options:
Option 1: A caster is hired for a party as part of a viral trend where people put random changes in a bowl and a person is picked to pull one, resulting in a young jock becoming the “temporary” entertainment for his frat brothers. (muscle growth, cock shrink, stripped)
Option 2: A pair of BMR agents go undercover to investigate a cruise where magic is suspected, only to have their assumed identities become a reality when they get stuck as a pair of twink party boys. (muscle theft, shrinking)
Option 3: Wires get crossed after a man hires a bootleg caster to make him like his handsome, hunky friend, leaving the pair balancing each other out (if one is clothed, one is naked, if one gets bigger, the other gets smaller, etc) and dependent on each other to get off. (muscle growth, cock growth, stripped)
Option 4: A man ends up with a magic wand after a bootleg caster’s spell goes wrong, leaving him permanently hard, exposed, and popping off at random, with each eruption letting out small bursts of uncontrolled magic. (cock growth)
