Was the scene intense? Or was it like mine induced from past trauma and being so happy in the moment feeling safe with my girlfriend instead?
Trauma trauma trauma everyone’s favorite thing we can’t escape. For me the context of my crying was actually happy tears. I felt safe being vulnerable with my girlfriend at the time in comparison to my past. I had a lot of pressures that my past trauma gave me. Those stressors from my past were hard to overcome for me. But I managed to during that scene and I expressed to my girlfriend, my Mommy domme in that moment because I trusted her.
Trust is incredibly important in any kink/BDSM dynamic. The fact I was able to be so vulnerable as to cry into her chest and for her to respond with a hug and reassuring words. I’ve never felt more safe or loved than those moments with her.
Aftercare is important because doing scenes can often do stuff like this. Even if you don’t have past trauma like I do. This is why it’s so important to have an idea what things comfort both you and your partner. Discuss these things so after scenes you can do them. My girlfriend knows about my trauma, she also knows I like physical touch (cuddling mostly) and reassuring words during my aftercare. Have a game plan for your next scene!
The following day Mommy and I had a tea party in which I got these lovely desserts from a local bakery. The tea I prepared is hibiscus, rose, and apple.
