After you get the Book and fall down the trap and try to go up the stairs, there's a little edge that you can get stuck on and just straight up Lose. Plus that final(secret) boss fight's 3 phase is completely demonic.

A couple of bugs so far where the chandeliers sort of split in two, a few platforms disappear on reloads (fixes with exiting the game) and the pincer trap having the chandelier sex scene too. This is a very big map wow, still trying to work out the puzzles.
