[WIP 2] Vanargand Animations - Dual Wielding Attacks
🕑 Added 2021-11-30 19:10:41 +0000 UTCThese animations will replace, While holding a one handed weapon in the left hand, the power attacks while walking or running in the 4 directions. Next up, the standing power attacks for different weapons and the special power attacks.
This took a while to achieve, but hopefully you guys will like the idea behind it, the animations still need some polishing though.
As opposed to vanilla's left hand directional power attacks, which use the same upper body animation for the 4 directions, this provides unique animations for each direction.
The aim is to give dual wielding an extra utility, through the power of AMR, sideways/backward power attacks can now help the character evade incoming attacks and respond with a quick counterattack, the dodge distance is not too large to keep the attacks a bit more balanced.

Attached, you'll find the test files showcased in the video as vanilla replacers (Also includes the previous WIP version's animations), which can be used as is with no requirements, or to be placed in your folder structure of choice (Nemesis PCEA, Combo/Stances Animation Framework, etc...)
Animation Motion Revolution is required.
True Directional Movement is highly recommended.
