Release Method
🕑 Added 2024-06-07 21:26:47 +0000 UTCSo after my last post stating that I am basically re-starting The Experience to try and get it closer to my original vision, I took some time to think about the best methods to release The Experience in the future.
This will need some context to understand the difference between the options.
The plan is to bring each character, already existing and new, into the Experience - each character will have multiple locations in the house of which they can perform their acts, and each location will have several acts available.
The house has 9 possible locations for activities. Each location having several positions and actions. So for example the downstairs living room could have 4 positions available, each with their own collection of animations with randomness built into them.
The options are as followed:
Per Character - Release updates for The Experience as characters are completed, this means ALL locations, animations, positions, behind-the-scenes work, etc, are completed before releasing that character. This is the lengthier option as this will take quite awhile to complete, but it would mean essentially full content drops when they are ready with a lot of content available.
Per Location - Release updates for The Experience as locations for characters are completed. This would give a more steady stream of content on a more regular basis, it will still take some time to complete but there would be updates significantly more often this way.
I give this over to you guys, this is entirely based on YOUR preferences.
