I've got mine from https://www.takachpress.com/ in the US (not sure on their international delivery systems yet!) but bookbinders or printmaking shops should have stock as they still use tarlatan in their processes. :)
Not related to the video directly but has someone an idea where I can get tarlatan? Like the one in the lady Sherlock skirt? I can't find it anywhere where I live and didn't have any luck on the internet so far😅🥺
