Progress on the quieter SR2

So I've decided I'm going to go big on this, physically. Nobody really cares if their sex robot is a little bit bigger right? It'll still fit on an Ender 3 print bed (220x220) so the vast majority should be able to print it. I can probably make a split version later.
The first image is a servo mount. You screw the servos into this and then mount it in the case. It sits on top of some mouse pad material to dampen vibration and is compressed by 3 screws. Servo leads go out the top of this part, and a little chunk of mouse pad gets wedged in there to seal it up. Airflow comes through the squares, where you can optionally stick some of those little adhesive heatsinks on for even better cooling. Additional mouse pad material on top of the servos dampens them on the user facing front.
Second image are some roughed out shapes for overall shape and size, just for reference. This will be closer to SR6 size, but I feel like that's fine.
Anyway, BOM is going to include a cut up mousepad, so go ahead and find that old one you've been keeping for no good reason. Servos will be enclosed and the case will be using mouse pad fabric as gaskets the arms can move through.
Probably also using 1 or 2 5150 5v fans. 80mm is overkill, makes the robot huge, and makes noise dampening less effective. 60mm is less common, 40mm is an option but they don't commonly come as 5v.

Yeah, I think when the SR6 Beta comes out I'll see about a 80mm mount. They're definitely the most common fans and that's worth a lot.

Use 80mm 12V fan maybe good too, just run it at 5-6V and the noise is much less. 40mm 5V is not too hard to find, I ordered bunch of them and should be coming..
