My knee is really feeling it! Very painful and sore as you can see in the last long video I just added to the album! I want to thank everyone who joined this month! I'll be starting a new cast adventure next Tuesday! Hopefully I can regain my muscle in my right 🦵 leg I have some yardwork to do. And that will help!
