My name is Kate, and my partner's name is Michael (or Mikhail).
Now to the events.
On August 1, my partner and I needed to renew our residence permits in the country where we are now, since we are not citizens. The previous 3 times it went smoothly, but not this time. For almost a week we went to different government agencies, because we were sent from one to another (why don't many people know the business they are doing well and the human factor has such a huge influence in government agencies).
In the end, everything was approved, but it cost us a huge amount of nerves, I had more nervous breakdowns in the last month than in the past year. I couldn't sleep normally and my progress at work slowed down noticeably, which made me very worried - not my best decision in this situation :D
We got through it and decided to move to another country by the end of the year and are now trying to save up money for this.
Now everything is starting to get back to normal little by little. My beloved partner helps me and the fact that I go to the gym regularly (I missed it only once in the past month).
Everything will be fine, you just need to try to make it good.
I will try to rest on my birthday and not think only about the bad, but first of all I will think about the good, because that is more important.
