It has been a month since we came to this fortress by the Forest of Death.
We ran out of food several times and had to go back to the camp behind us and Isaac but we have been able to fight almost continuously on this frontline and have become much stronger than before we came to the Margrave Isaac territory.
I am still fearful of the deep area in the Forest of Death so we kept fighting enemies on the outer perimeter. Sometimes magic beasts from forest depths appeared on the outer perimeter as well but we were able to defeat them without difficulty. The results of the past month were as below.

Baron was Minerva's chaperone all the time so he only had the opportunity to defeat killer ants and sometimes mother ants.
It seems that he went up to level 30 with just killer ants but after that his level didn't go up even if he defeated considerably more killer ants. I also had one challenge for Baron.

Dominic is without doubt the one who had changed most in Daybreak.
First of all, his fighting style has changed drastically. In the past, his combat style was to dodge first and finish off the enemy but now he is completely playing the role of a tank.

The much waited our Minerva’s stats showcase.
All of us were cheering for Minerva who was working single mindedly to raise her level. And her fighting style has been established to a large extent.
Although she still has low strength value so her chains attacks are not her main weapon, she has developed a style of distracting her opponents with chain attacks and stopping them with Water magic such as the Ice Lance.
If the chains is able to block the enemy's movement, she still has the style of using a sword to quickly end the enemy.

Finally, Ryner. Some might question "What about Bram?" but Bram can no longer be leveled up by the level of enemies here so I'll leave him out.

Currently, I'm at the fort saying goodbye to Recca. I've decided to go back to the Lister Imperial School because many people were saying that they’ve become strong enough and they would like to go back. I'm a lot stronger than the goal I set so I need to let off some steam. I don't want Clarice to cook for me all the time too.
“Of course. You guys have been endless surprises for me. I have a favor to ask of you. Can you do me a favor and spar with me?”
Recca asked. Come to think of it, one of the purposes of my coming here was to meet up with Recca who is said to be closest to an A-level adventurer...

Recca is clearly the more experienced fighter of us. But I have overwhelming higher stats. I knew the outcome before we started.
Karen signaled, "Start," and Rekka's Salamander three section staff extended. The heat conduction is very fast...as you would expect from someone who is used to using it.
But I soon realized my weakness. I made a stone sword again with Earth magic, and held it up in the same way, waiting for Recca's Salamander three section staff to attack.
Then the three-section staff extended in the same way as before but this time I bounced it with my stone sword with a backwind (a slash from the bottom up), and the staff fell away from Recca's hand.
The strength values are overwhelmingly different and the agility values are also different. Recca cannot receive the slash at this speed. Recca had a surprised expression on her face but she immediately attacked with a magic attack.
“Flare Bomb!”
The magic is about to be manifested with her voice "Flare Bomb!" but I block it with my Wind magic. The firepower of the attack was much lower and I was able to easily offset it with Ice Lance.
Recca blurted out, "Impossible" as she prepared for the next Flare Bomb but this is where I came in to end the battle. I deployed Sylphid at full strength and went behind Recca, placing my stone sword on her neck.
“That’s it!”
Karen's voice was heard a couple of seconds after I had propped the sword. Karen also seemed to have lost sight of me for a moment.
“What a ridiculous...I was serious from the start...I expected that salamander three section staff wouldn't work but I didn't think my Fire magic to be completely ineffective as well. ...This is my first time being blocked when manifesting magic...is that Wind magic? Is invisible magic possibly the most powerful after all..."
She asked as she hung her head.
“Yes. That is Wind magic. As expected I can't receive a direct hit from the magic that looks so dangerous. What kind of magic is Flare Bomb? May you show it to me?"
When I answered and then requested to see the Flare Bomb, Recca said.
"Okay. This is a magic that explodes when a Flare hits something directly. It is possible to make it explode without a direct hit but the power is weaker. You have to be at a very high level to handle it.”
The moment the Flare hit the rock, it exploded and shattered the large rock. I can't believe he was aiming this kind of magic at me. ...I was pale but Recca laughed at me.
“I didn't think it would hit you anyway. I thought the Wind magic would throw it off course. Well, I used it because I believed in you, Mars. I apologize if I offended you."
“No... thank you for trusting me.”
I answered so even as my face turned blue.
“Even so, a first-year student who is stronger than a Knight Commander, albeit the no.2 of the Duke Fresvald household... Sir Fresvald really has a good eye for people, doesn't he? Mars, please take care of Lady Karen from now on!"
Recca bowed to me.
“Lady Recca! Please raise your head. I will take good care of Karen."
After that, we packed up and left the fort with the entire Daybreak team. Thus ended our training in the Margrave Isaac territory.
