How do you even get footage from shows like Doom Patrol? I can't seem to find any.
Per your "best DC movie since Dark Knight," really touches on what Doom Patrol does best, each episode is focused on telling the story of THAT episode, not setting up the next episode (common problem with the Netflix binge shows) or in service of another character or season beat. Each episode (so far) can stand on its own and tells a story and along that story one or more characters are developed or grow and they make decisions that show those traits and/or growth. Very optimistic about the rest of the season after these strong first three episodes. Unrelated, the opening credits have a very lovechild of Fringe and Daredevil's openers feel to it.
