Understood, I am going to start working on a cookbook with all my recipes for March, so it would make it easier on me to enable it for restaurants and home cooking. Containers just won't do lol

This plating looks amazing for a food truck but not so good if we can cook it at home. So it really depends on if it will have home cooking compatibility or restaurant only.
