Progress update and a few other things
🕑 Added 2017-05-25 13:52:05 +0000 UTC HiFirst off the progress update. Well, things are going pretty much as expected. The alpha for the Mila path of the Maria date, that was missing, is pretty much done( aprox 40 renders). I don't know if I'll have the chance to upload it tonight. Continuing with the Dana renders takes precedence, but it will be up tomorrow, at the latest.
As predicted I have to split the Dana+ Maria date in 2. I think I'll do the + Mila path first, and do the w/o Mila path next week. Started on the renders, but they are far from finished, coding is ok, and the dialogue will be the last thing I'll do.
The full patch will probably be released, either late on Sunday, or on Monday.
Either way, I'll let you know.
On the patcher front, we've had about 200 unique visitors. That's most of you. Only 3 have reported problems (still working on that), but it's safe to say, that the patcher is working. I'll continue to deliver the game both through the patcher, and Google Drive, till we have all the kinks sorted out.
I've also continued to experiment with reducing the size of the game. In that spirit, I've created 2 images, links below. For those interested, I'd encourage you to download them, and see if you can spot the difference in quality. The difference in size, is enormous, and both are supported by the engine, with transparency. Let me know what you think on that.
