ERRF & TCT are all done - let's hang out!

Thanks again to everyone who said hi at ERRF and TCT and maybe even took a selfie, or even only waved a quick hello. I'll certainly be back for MRRF next year!
But with all videos, livestreams and podcast episodes published from ERRF (you know The Meltzone Podcast with Stefan and me, right?), it's time to get back into the regular flow of creating videos. What better way to kick that off with a hangout with all of you?

Following some earlier work by Thomas on PCB fab with etching, I'm experimented using my Ender 3 with a home-made "scribe nozzle" to make a bord for SMD components that are quite small. Just watched the recording and wanted to chime in with a possible tip: last time I saw that on my printer I had tightened my belts too much. Maybe worth checking out as well? It seems like the extruder is working well, as there are no gaps or blobs (aside from layer start/end marks) on your prints. It could be as easy as loosening your belts on the X and Y just a smidge.. Like I've said before. Our 3d Printers are like Model T - Fords ala 1916. We don't have enough sensors & monitoring to really diagnose this kind of weird printer results. I'm currently having bed adhesion issues on my Ender3-Pro. ODD. I've got my Monoprice Mini V.1 dialed in nicely. I use the .deb version of the Cura App, to convert from stl to gcode. They have such an extensive set of printer provides. It even name's the file with a printer tag on the gcode file name. I'm running them very successfully, no lag at all... on the new Pi A+ ala OctoPrint. Quad-core 64-bit machine, just not so much ram. I don't notice anything. I even watch HTOP on both They sleep most of the time during the job. On both CPU and Memory.

Which is better, genuine Gates Powergrip 2GT 6mm belt vs no name but somewhat good quality Kevlar reinforced TPU 2GT 9,10mm or even 15mm belt.

Battling Z-wobble on my Kitten (http://tiny.cc/ckb8ez). NEMA14 Tr5x2mm integrated leadscrew, POM nut and all Misumi rods and bearings. Axis feels nice and rigid, guessing perhaps the leadscrew is not perfectly aligned and because it's so rigid getting issues. No room for a flexible coupler unfortunately (which would possibly treat the symptom but not the cause). Any bright ideas?

Whats your opinion about new high temp soluble support materials like ESM10 (3DdGENCE) or AquaSys120 (Infinite Material Solutions)? Any chances that you compare those vs. BVOH / PVA / HIPS / Scaffold / other breakaway support materials from an overall ease of use / costing / performance perspective? Like a Filaween 4 support materials series?

Filament drying with food dryer vs. vacuum drying => what would be your better choice? (trying out both at the moment ;-) ) some say vacuum drying would be "better" for the filament since the polymer chains are less damaged - does this make physically sense?
