My aim to transition into being a Blender/CG hentai artist
🕑 Added 2019-03-03 15:31:14 +0000 UTCAs you might have noticed on my twitter I've been constructing a 3D model of the xenomorphoid as featured in my comics. This is thanks to many of my patreon supporters who have graciously sponsored me to have time to learn the application in substitution for the reward they were entitled to. Thanks you so much.
I still have a long ways to go before I can have a model that looks good enough for high quality animations. Also, I will have to get a high end NVIDIA video/graphics card installed which will be about 2000 USD (and I might even need two of them or perhaps even an entirely new rig.) This isn't me begging for free money. I'm also not trying to mine crypto currency either (I think rendering porn animations would actually be more lucrative than crypto).
On the agenda:
- Finishing and adjusting the xenomorphoid mesh
- re-topologize the sculpt as a mesh of quadrangles (squares instead of random polygons)
- Unzip the mesh (flatten it) for texturing (to color and detail the surface)
- Construct backgrounds for appropriate set and setting (space ship interiors)
- Learn to Rig bones for animation and poses
- Learn to animate humanoids for short loop
- Run test animations to test render times
- shop for, buy, and install a video card to render animations and static images.
My rough estimation for an animation of good quality is about 2 months. I'm learning as I go so with your continued support I could get to where I'm going in good time.
