Computer troubles! Raising funds for a new computer~
🕑 Added 2021-09-14 09:11:39 +0000 UTCHey everyone! This is going to be a bit awkward of an announcement, so I apologize if it’s nothing you’re interested in.
Earlier this week, a storm caused an outage in our area, and the resulting shock ended up frying both my computer as well as my girlfriend’s. Yep, neither of us were wise enough to have surge protectors, unfortunately… We’ve tried doing some repairs, but it doesn’t look like either of our computers will be back up and running like they used to, since they were already semi-old. While I do most of my writing from another computer, my home computer is still a place where I get other patreon-related work done.
FORTUNATELY~ we were already saving up for a new computer! A lot of the funds are already there, but we’re still a distance away from having enough for what we’re looking for. Accounting for what we’ve pooled together, we need ~$600 more, which would normally take a couple months of our usual savings rate to get to -- and, hah, I’d really rather not us both be without computers for two months.
So, as well as doing some other things to get some cash sooner rather than later… I’m coming onto Curse Crazy to ask for any additional generosity my supporters might be able to offer. I’d be eternally grateful for the favor -- I hate asking for handouts and know how much it can bug people, but I really do cherish the help I’ve ever received. My ko-fi is the most effective way to give a straightforward tip: ko-fi.com/cursecrazy
But I’m also doing more than just asking for free money! I’m also opening up for semi-emergency commissions! I’ll have a nebulous amount of slots open, and I’ll be following my usual commission guidelines, which I will list out at the bottom of this post. I’m offering a special base price for anyone that can send the full payment as soon as a concept is agreed on: 10k words for $100! Please DM me if you’d like to order a commission like this~
I’d also want to say that a new computer has been my goal for a while, with the intent of using the up-to-date hardware to do more with the Cursey personality. I’ve really wanted to get into streaming video games as another outlet of being an entertainer and storyteller, especially as a means to open up more with my readers and discuss topics more actively! I also just think it’d be a lot of fun lol. This would really kick-jump that passion, and I hope you all might look forward to what else Cursey could be.
Thank you all for the support you’ve given me so far~ Just having readers is incredible, so what you guys do to keep me going is magic to me.
Interested in a commission? Consider the following!
- SPECIAL DEAL: 10k words for $100! This discount only applies for full upfront payments. Additional words start at $12.50 per 1k words.
- I primarily write material themed for size fetish content. If you want my most passionate work, keep the commission focused on size themes.
- I also write non-size concepts, including a variety of other fetishes. I'm most adept at writing about significant power differences, supernatural concepts, furries and other nonhumans, bodily systems, and themes of humiliation. (I also write non-erotic things, too~)
- I WILL NOT WRITE: pedophilia, incest, or bestiality; themes of homophobia, transphobia, or racism; nonfictional people.
- Expect commissions to be completed at a rate of ~3k words a month. Specific scheduling will be discussed per commission.
- Commissions can be public, patron-only, or private: your choice.
- Payments must be taken through PayPal.
- Interested? Contact me! DM me here on Patreon, or consider twitter.com/cursecrazy or using Discord if you're in my server!
- When contacting me, please include the length of story you would like, list of relevant fandoms (if any), and a synopsis of what the story would cover, including interactions, themes, sizes, etc. If I agree to the commission, I will pass forward my PayPal for payment, and then I will begin the writing process afterwards.
I'm always happy to answer questions~ I'm very grateful for those considering a commission!
