🕑 Added 2020-08-23 08:08:34 +0000 UTCAnother few months of pledges has resulted in this little story~ I think there's at least a little something for most people to enjoy! It's a bit of a weirder concept, revolving around a masseuse and her shrinking clients, but I rather enjoyed writing it out. I think it comes together pretty neatly with an environment that allows for a lot of play. I had lots of ideas for Kenna and Meghan to explore, but I also wanted to make sure everything could logically fit into the massage-parlor-scheme.
I particularly enjoyed how the situation allowed for some immediate and safe sizeplay. In most size fiction-- err, most of the size fiction that I write, anyway... the shrinking is usually this traumatic thing. I usually go for that horrified angle and then follow that up with some more cruelty... but here, everything is surprisingly consensual! Meghan can bail at any time, so it's her choosing to keep shrinking that makes the story so exciting... at least I think so~
Kenna was a real interesting character. Very mysterious. I wasn't given a specific shape for her, so I came up with this strange personality that begs a lot of questions. Is she a witch? Is she some sort of fucked up scientist? Nothing gets explained, and that's how she likes it~ In my head, I like to think she's some sort of witch, and either she just genuinely likes doing what she does, or she shrinks people in order to sap them of something, like life energy or whatever. I never committed hard to one idea since there was no real reason to -- her and Meghan end up getting along just fine! (I think Kenna just likes making money.)
Not much else to say here but thanks to the patron who commissioned this story~ Shrunk by Massage will be available early for all my patrons for the next few days before going public. I hope you enjoy it, and let me know in the comments what you thought~ Thanks again, everyone!
