The commission comes from a lovely patron that wanted to see a giant dragon get robbed by a rookie adventurer. I do love settings like this, fantasy realms where I can just say whatever I want~ So relaxing.
Yvedawn and Daemon are original creations, if you're curious! They were conjured up from my brain juice just for this story, and I gotta say, I came around to liking them! I look forward to writing more about their dynamic. A part two is planned and should ideally come out later this month! If you liked this story, I hope you look forward to its continuation.
"How do you pronounce Yvedawn?" you might ask. And I might answer, "You pronounce it with your heart."

I felt it in my heart when Yvedawn woke up on the wrong side of the gold and had an upstart adventurer bully her.
