tl;dr been extremely tired for ages, haven't been able to work almost at all. This is why the content has not been coming. Going to change that.
I've had a fucked up sleep-schedule for ages. I've been trying to turn it around and my body is mounting a revolution against the very idea. It knocks me out in the middle of the day with huge assaults of fatigue, then wakes me up in the middle of the night with headaches and tanking blood sugar. I keep sleeping in 2, 3, 4 hour increments and it's leaving my brain a pile of useless porridge that keeps falling asleep again.
So this is clearly not working, I have responsibilities to you guys and to others and it's making me feel like shit not being able to meet them. I'm going to stop trying to force my sleep-cycle to change for now, then I can hopefully get some work done and maybe find a softer way to get my head back in the game.
