"Ah ah ah!" Ro gave Cai a little tap on the back of the head, not hard enough to sting but definitely an attention-getter. "My darling little girl knows better than to hold her breath while I'm trying to lace her up all pretty for tonight's party. There's not going to be a fainting couch at this affair, so you need to have plenty of room to draw a deep breath for me. Isn't that right, my dear little dolly?" Cai nodded, fixing her gaze back on the mirror again and trying very hard not to give in to the instinct to exhale a long whooshing sigh as the stiff fabric of the corset tightened around her chest.
She had to admit, though, it did make her look spectacular. Cai had been feeling very femme lately, much more than usual, and thankfully Ro had been incredibly supportive--to the point of subsidizing a few little items for the kink party they were attending this evening. In particular, he gave her a powder blue corset that went perfectly with her long white hair and shaped the curves of her chest and belly very well. Combined with the flouncy layers of underskirts that waterfalled down her hips to give her lower body an exaggerated swell of feminine grace, and the sleeves that opened wide at the wrists to give her arms a delicate appearance, and Cai couldn't help seeing a bit of a fairy tale princess when she looked into the mirror. "I'm a pretty dolly," she said, her pale pink lips curling into a faint smile of pride at the words.
"That's right," Ro growled, his voice a husky burr as he adjusted the corset to let out a tiny bit of its pinching hug so that Cai could breathe unobstructed. "You're the prettiest, my sweet little girl, and I think that pretty girls have empty heads. Don't you, dolly?" He began to tie the strings in a knot, leaving the corset firmly embracing Cai's waist and pulling the belly inward to support it. Cai gently tested it by letting in one slow, lazy breath after another, her medical training confirming that yes, nothing was dangerously uncomfortable and her lung capacity wasn't unduly restricted. She wouldn't want to run a marathon in it, but that was more because of the heels she was wearing than the dress.
"I'm a pretty dolly," Cai replied, the words settling comfortably over her thoughts like a thick blanket of heavy snow as she locked eyes with her mirrored self and let her chest rise and fall in a steady rhythm. It felt like such a nice way to let Ro know that yes, her head was beginning to feel nice and blank and empty, and yes, she was going to feel so pretty at tonight's party. Several of their friends were going to be there, and after several hectic months of non-stop work, Cai was very much looking forward to letting go of her mind and simply sinking into the warmth of obedience to her lover's will. She wanted to be more than just stupefied at tonight's soiree. She wanted to be... to be.... Cai's fumbling, muzzy brain let go of the notion halfway through. She didn't try to pick it up again.
"You certainly look like one," Ro purred, knotting the laces and giving Cai a gentle tug on her long white ponytail to let her know the process was completed. "But I think your nails need a touch-up. Eyes on the mirror, keep breathing those long, lazy breaths for me, and I'll take care of prettifying my good little dolly's fingers." Cai automatically and unthinkingly extended one hand out to each side, angling them ever so slightly upwards to allow the sleeves to slide down her wrists and give her lover unfettered access to the pink fingernails. Ro was right, of course. Pink didn't go with the powder blue and silvery white outfit she was wearing. She was so glad her owner knew just what to do with her body.
She wanted to let him know just how much she appreciated the conscientiousness he brought to dressing her and accessorizing her--even the earrings Cai wore, a pair of magnetically-backed silver studs with glittery aquamarine gems, matched the gorgeous aesthetic he'd chosen for her. But somehow the more she rooted around inside her empty head for something to say, the harder her gaze locked onto her own bright blue eyes and the more difficult it became to find any words at all. Until the only thing left to her was to repeat, a tiny hint of a giggle in her otherwise-empty monotone, "I'm a pretty dolly." The phrase felt so comfortable on her lips that even her breathing slowed down when she said it.
"That's right, good girl, and you're nice and still for me just like a dolly." Cai understood why she needed to remain frozen in place--Ro was daubing her nails with polish remover, stripping away the pink with acetone and cotton balls before using an emery board to carefully remove any last flecks of paint and shape the edges where they'd gotten a tiny bit rough over the last day or so. But that didn't explain exactly why Cai felt so... so content to sit perfectly still, assuming poses on command and holding her position with only the faintest hint of a smile on her otherwise expressionless face. That felt more like a response to one of Ro's suggestions. Like he was using hypnosis on her to turn her into, into a, into, um, a, a, a....
"I'm a pretty dolly," she murmured gently, her lips barely even moving as she uttered the words. Her eyes closed in a long, lazy blink, and there was even something doll-like in the way the eyelids smoothly slipped shut and re-opened again. Like those very old dolls they sold with weights inside the eyes, so they drooped down and sank closed as the head tilted back. Cai blinked like a dolly, and she posed like a dolly, so why wouldn't she call herself a dolly? It all made perfect sense, and Cai didn't need to think about it or anything else right now. That felt warm and wonderful. Cai stared at herself and drifted deeper into contentment.
"There we go," Ro cooed, holding up Cai's fingers so she could see them in the mirror glittering with silver polish. Cai had a vague sense of surprise at seeing the work done already, as though on some level she was just now realizing how much time she'd lost in those slow, sleepy blinks, but she couldn't hold onto the thought for long. She couldn't hold onto any thought for very long, not with her head so blissfully hollow and empty like this. Thinking felt like sending a tiny firefly out into a vast, open cavern, its glow illuminating only an insignificant fraction of the wide-open space for an infinitesimal moment. Then darkness and silence. But there was something so soothing about the silence that Cai ached for it with every inch of her rock-hard shaft.
"Now a little make-up for my good girl." Ro swiveled the chair around, and Cai was so disoriented with the sudden loss of her hypnotic focus that her eyes instantly and irresistibly slammed shut. She let out a heavy sigh, lurching deeper into trance, and all her facial muscles relaxed into expressionless vacancy in a single moment leaving her a smooth, perfect canvas for her lover to paint on. It made Cai feel so delightfully passive to have her face painted and primped and made up so pretty while she sat in the chair, eyes shut and mind descending ever deeper into sleepy blankness. She almost didn't feel like a person at all when she was frozen in place and Ro was applying a thin layer of foundation to her skin like he was touching up a delicate porcelain mask. She felt more like a... more like a pretty dolly, Cai realized, barely understanding that she'd came to this exact same realization several times in the last few minutes or so before forgetting each time. Being dumb and vacant came with its own delicious pleasures, and the stupefied amazement at just how vapidly blank she'd become was definitely one of them.
Ro added a little concealer, humming gently under his breath as he worked but otherwise remaining silent--Cai understood why, even if her conscious awareness of the reason flickered in and out as her brain slipped deeper into numb and drowsy bliss. He didn't want to accidentally use a trigger that had a verbal response, not when he was blending in the foundation cream so carefully before adding a dusting of powder to help it set. Good dollies like Cai didn't want to mess up their make-up before it was even done being put on, after all. Not when that smooth and seamless face helped to deepen their conditioning.

Cai stared at herself in the mirror, arousal and awe mingling in her vacant head as she stared at herself and watched her chest rise and fall in the same slow, steady pace as before. The corset molded her curves perfectly. Everything... everything fit, in tone and intention. There was only one way to describe it, especially with a mind as empty as hers.
"I'm a pretty dolly," she murmured, responding to the trigger in her head the same way she'd been responding each and every time. Not that she realized it--for both Ro and Cai, part of the delight of triggers was the unthinking acceptance of being primed by a specific word for a specific response that nonetheless seemed normal and natural and unquestionable. But deep down, Cai knew what she had to say every time she heard Ro call her a dolly. And she knew what it did to her malleable mind whenever she replied. Her cock throbbed with excitement at the vision in front of her, but more than that it pulsed with heat at the entire notion of being transformed into nothing more than a plaything for her lover's pleasure.
