The headmaster should visit the boys school it's vanity to believe you cannot learn from a peer.

How about send headmistress (+ lovely assistant?) to girls school, but she brings a short recording (only a few scenes) of her methods at boys school. Headmaster has option to watch the recording or skip if not interested.
