Hi Everyone,
This series is about going in blind on a song I've never heard and working through the steps to figure out the key, the chord progression, and sometimes the melody and other parts. My goal is to help you see how music theory and ear training go hand in hand, and give you some ideas and mindsets for how to start figuring out songs by ear on your own.
This song was a lot of fun! I feel like I'm still developing a method for how to film this kind of thing in the most educational way possible, so let me know if you feel like I could be more clear with my diagrams, or language or explanations.
