Kelly let out a low groan as her tummy let out another violent grumble.
She was hunched over in the corner of the living room, trying not to draw attention to herself as the other kids her Nanny was babysitting that day ran around and played behind her.
Her tummy gurgled even louder, and Kelly was starting to seriously panic that she might not make it to the toilet in time.
The bathroom was just down the hall, of course. But Kelly wasn’t allowed to use it. Not yet. Instead, her new Nanny had her on a strict toileting schedule.
8am. 12pm. 2pm. 5pm. 9pm.
Those were now the only times Kelly was permitted to use the toilet throughout the day. No exceptions. The rigid toilet schedule was part of Kelly’s new ‘potty-training’ rules that her new Nanny was subjecting her too.
The humiliating ‘potty-training’ rules were instituted by Kelly’s Nanny just a few days after Kelly’s Mom first dropped her off at her new Nanny’s house for the summer.
They were a result of Kelly having just a couple small potty accidents in the first few days of her stay.
The first accident was when one of the other kids Nanny was babysitting happened to tickle Kelly to the point of her slightly peeing her pants while they were playing.
And to Kelly’s immense embarrassment, that other kid immediately went running across the house to tattle on her to their Nanny about how, “Kelly went peepee in her pants!”
And the second accident was after someone else in the house accidentally left the bathroom door locked behind them. Kelly had kept thinking someone else was in the bathroom every time she tried the door, and she was too shy to knock, and so she ended up just continuing to hold her bladder for longer and longer.
When Kelly finally got to the point of nearly bursting, she finally worked up the courage to ask her Nanny to help her with the situation. But by time her Nanny walked her to the bathroom and used a bobby-pin to unlock the bathroom door, Kelly fully soaked her jeans right in front of her new Nanny.
Her Nanny was immediately furious with Kelly about the multiple accidents in such a short timeframe.
“Young lady, when your mother dropped you over at my house for the summer, she assured me that you were potty-trained. But I can see now that you’re one of the least-potty trained kids I’ve babysat for in years!” Her new Nanny scolded her.
It took Kelly lots of crying and begging to convince her Nanny that she was potty-trained. That these accidents were just a bizarre fluke—the first accidents that she’d had in years.
But her Nanny remained skeptical. Therefore, she immediately instituted a highly rigorous potty-training regimen on Kelly, “Just to give you the extra training you clearly need. Besides, if you really are potty-trained, you’ll be able to prove that to me in no time by not having any accidents,” her Nanny explained.
The strict toilet-usage times were explained as an important training measure, “For troublesome and lazy potty-trainers to learn some discipline, routine, and restraint when it comes to their regular eliminations.”
Kelly was mortified, of course, but she had little choice in the matter. Her Mother made it clear that she was to obey her Nanny completely. And in this case, this meant a humiliating, supervised toileting schedule.
But the worst part of all?
Kelly was now forced to wear diapers.
Adult-sized, disposable, brightly-printed-with-cartoons diapers.
Every morning since her new ‘potty-training’ began, Kelly’s Nanny laid Kelly down, powdered her privates on the nursery changing table next door (a leftover from when her Nanny took care of little ones still young enough to need diapers), and taped her into a large, disposable diaper, just like she was a baby again.
It was utterly humiliating, to say the least, and Kelly usually found herself tearing up in embarrassment during her morning change.
“Kelly’s wearing diapers! Kelly’s wearing diapers!” The other kids at the Nanny’s house for the day would always chant when they found out her humiliating secret, either by seeing the telltale babyish plastic sticking over the waistband of her jeans, or smelling the baby powder, or detecting the bulky crotch under her pants.
Kelly hated every second she was forced to wear the utterly demeaning, crinkly, babyish garments.
But at least, she told herself every day, she didn’t actually have to use the diapers. That would be an unimaginable humiliation.
In fact, her Nanny made it clear to Kelly that she would be sternly punished if it was discovered that she ever did use her diaper.
“The diaper I’m taping you into right now is sparkling clean and dry, young lady, and I expect it to stay that way all the way until I take it off of you tomorrow morning,” her Nanny explained to her every morning as she taped her up.
“You are wearing it for two reasons. One, to keep you from making a mess on my floor again, should you fail your potty-training by having another one of your unacceptably childish peepee accidents.
“And two, to serve as a constant, embarrassing, crinkly, reminder to you of what fate awaits you should you not take your potty-training seriously enough. That is, wearing diapers every day, all day, all the time from here on out. And not just wearing them… but using them, too. Just like a stinky little baby.”
Instead of using her diaper, which Kelly would be mortified to even imagine doing, Kelly was led by the hand to the bathroom by her Nanny at her allotted potty-times.
Her Nanny removed her diaper while Kelly sat down on the toilet in front of her (something Kelly was forced to do whether she actually had to ‘go’ or not at that particular time).
And while Kelly did her business, her Nanny methodically scrutinized the dry diaper for any signs of an accident.
When Kelly was finished on the toilet, her Nanny had her lay right down on the bathroom floor, and she taped her right back into her diaper again, using additional scotch tape to secure the tabs if needed.
Kelly hated every day of her utterly humiliating new ‘potty-training’. But thankfully, she had been successful every day of it so far. Through serious determination, Kelly had avoided having any accidents in her diapers, despite the punishing potty-training schedule making it quite difficult for her to do that at times.
But now, as Kelly squatted in the corner of the living room, clutching her stomach and sweating, she was beginning to seriously worry that she might not be able to keep from having an accident in her diaper for much longer…
And the worst part was, it was the kind of ‘accident’ she was sure she would never be having at her age…
A ‘messy’ one.
* * *
Kelly bit her lip and glanced at the childish, rainbow-colored clock in the corner of the room.
The problem was that it was now 6pm. Kelly’s next potty-time wasn’t for three more hours. And despite knowing the urge to have a BM was building up, Kelly didn’t allow herself to go number two during her last toilet time at 5pm.
The reason was because Nanny always kept the bathroom door open while she was in the bathroom with Kelly. She said it was because there were other, younger kids she was still babysitting that she still needed to look after, and therefore she needed to keep an eye on them at all times.
The bathroom wasn’t directly in view of the spacious living room, where the handful of other kids being babysat usually ran around playing all day.
But with the door open, Kelly had been walked in on, and pointed at and laughed at, several times while she was using the toilet over the past several days.
It was unbearable enough that she had to use the potty in front of her Nanny. Every time was a struggle to relax enough for her to go.
And to suffer the humiliation of kids younger than her pointing and laughing at her while she was trying to pee was bad enough. She really didn’t want to suffer through chants the rest of the day of, “I saw Kelly pooping! I saw Kelly pooping!”
Instead, Kelly had been mostly holding her BM’s whenever possible to her last potty-time of the day before bed—9pm.
All the other kids being babysat for the day were typically gone by then, and it even seemed Nanny would be less vigilant and on-edge at that time, usually even giving Kelly at least a little bit of privacy by casually stepping around the corner while Kelly did the most embarrassing aspect of her ‘business’.
But now, Kelly was seriously regretting her decision to try to ‘hold it’ till the end of the day again.
She hadn’t expected dinner that evening to be so filling—it was extra-meaty chili—and when her Nanny spotted Kelly picking at the bowl she was served, Kelly was required to eat every last bite, as well as a full bowl of seconds.
Kelly had already been holding it for a couple of days out of shyness and embarrassment, and it was clear the chili was the last straw.
Now, hiding in the corner, Kelly softly grunted as she felt her stomach twist and bubble worse than ever.
She shifted back and forth on her feet and glanced around at the room full of kids playing behind her.
Thinking they were all distracted, Kelly closed her eyes and…
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
She let out a massive fart. Kelly’s eyes widened with sudden embarrassment and shock, but felt admittedly relieved.
She was immediately glad she checked to make sure no one was around her, but just as she turned around…
“Pee-ew!” One of the kids suddenly shouted, standing right behind her, pinching his nose and waving in front of his face. “Kelly farted! Kelly farted!”
Kelly immediately blushed bright red as all the other kids in the room looked over and started hysterically laughing, pointing and giggling. “Kelly farted! Kelly farted!”
“No I didn’t! Shut up!” Kelly hissed at them, going for the door with her face bright red.
“Yes you did! Yes you did!” One of them chanted.
“I bet she pooped in her diaper!” Another shouted. “I bet she needs to go ask Nanny for a poopy diaper change!”
“Shut up!” Kelly hissed, rushing out of the living room.
Out of everything that Kelly hated since she had arrived at her Nanny’s house, being bullied and made fun of by kids much younger than her seemed to be the worst.
* * *
Kelly ran into the dining room to hide from the others. But she knew she couldn’t stay long, as no one was supposed to go in there except during meal times.
Kelly retreated to the corner of the dining room, hiding like a toddler again, while she continued to hunch forward and grip her stomach from the ever-building cramps and pressure.
She fantasized about running down the hall and just throwing the bathroom door open to use the toilet that instant. To hell with Nanny’s stupid rules!
But she knew such an effort would be in vain. Nanny kept the door locked ever since Kelly began her potty-training, and whenever anyone else but Kelly needed to use it, they had to ask Nanny to take them to the toilet and unlock it for them while they went.
Kelly felt herself growing angrier and angrier as she stewed in her misery in the dark corner.
She hated that she wasn’t allowed to just go use the toilet, despite being a grown woman! She hated all the ways her new Nanny now treated her like a kid again for no reason! In fact, her Nanny treated her even worse. She treated Kelly like a darn baby, with the absurd, unnecessary, humiliating disposable diaper she was making Kelly wear!
Brrrrrrrrrrr
Another loud fart erupted. Kelly grunted with relief as she let out another build-up of gas.
But she could now feel things building up downstairs in ways that they weren’t before. And she knew she likely couldn’t trust another fart.
Kelly gritted her teeth and wiped the sweat from her face.
She knew what she needed to do.
It wasn’t a good option. And she knew it would somehow cost her.
But at this point, she was desperate.
And anything had to be better than the unimaginable fate she was now teetering toward…
That is… pooping in her diaper.
* * *
“Uhmmm… excuse me… Nanny?” Kelly meekly whimpered as she approached her Nanny in the kitchen.
Her Nanny had her back turned, leaning over the kitchen table and helping one of the other kids with a crossword puzzle.
After a few seconds of her Nanny not responding, Kelly realized she must not have heard her. Well, that… or she was purposefully ignoring her pathetic whimper.
“Um, excuse me, Nanny?” Kelly asked a little louder. “Can I uh… ask you something?”
“What is it, dear?” Her Nanny responded in a terse tone, not even turning around.
“I… I… I… was wondering… just this once… because I’ve been good… and well… I was wondering…” Kelly began stammering.
She felt herself stumbling for words, her mouth drying up with terror, while her Nanny continued practically ignoring her.
Her Nanny had once given her an ominous, yet vague, warning about what Kelly was about to do. And Kelly had been loathe to do it even once since her potty-training began, knowing better than to test the powerful woman who had managed to reduce her to diapers as if she were a mere toddler.
But another horrible, overpowering cramp in Kelly’s stomach sealed the deal. And she knew she didn’t have a choice.
“Can you take me to the bathroom now, instead of at my allowed potty time?” Kelly finally belted out.
A sudden chill fell over the room. Her Nanny suddenly dropped the pencil she was holding and slowly turned around.
“… Excuse me?” Her Nanny said.
Kelly immediately worried she’d made a terrible, terrible mistake.
“I… uh… uh…” Kelly found herself stammering again. “I just wanted to know if you could take me to the bathroom now, instead of later. Because I really, really have to go really bad.”
Her Nanny glared down at her, her face full of disgust, disappointment and anger, and Kelly suddenly felt two feet tall.
“That’s what I thought I heard you ask me,” her Nanny finally said.
“I’m sorry, Nanny, I didn’t mean it, I just—“
Suddenly, Kelly was being viciously yanked by the ear.
“Owwwwww!! Owwweeee!!!” Kelly screamed and squealed as her Nanny dragged her across the kitchen.
“Young lady!” her Nanny barked. “You are in big, BIG trouble! You know that the bathroom is off limits to you except for your scheduled potty-times! And I made it very, veryclear to you that you are never, never, to ask me to take you to the potty outside those times.”
“But Nanny!” Kelly screamed in pain and humiliation. “I really have to go! It’s an emergency!”
“Well tough cookies, little brat!” Her Nanny scolded. “That’s why I put you in a diaper. To catch another one of your naughty little accidents if you really can’t hold it for potty-time like a big girl, like you claim!”
“But Nanny!!!” Kelly whined, suddenly sobbing. “It’s not fair!”
“Zip it!” Her Nanny shouted. “You’ve done far more than enough disrespectful chatter for one day. It’s time for you to learn to choose your words more carefully.”
Kelly watched her Nanny pull a small, plastic chair out from the corner of the room. The chair seemed small and light… but it was tethered to the floor by a couple of sturdy pink steel cables.
Her Nanny then yanked Kelly’s pants down to her ankles, revealing her poofy, humiliating diaper.
“That’s so I can keep an eye on the status of your naughty little piddle-pants while you sit here in time-out. So far… it seems like you’re still dry. You’d better keep it that way, young lady, unless you want your punishment to get a whole lot worse,” her Nanny said, feeling the front of her crinkly diaper.
“Now sit in your time-out chair,” her Nanny commanded, spinning Kelly around and forcing her to squat down onto the seat.
Kelly suddenly felt extra humiliated and small, staring up at her Nanny with her pants around her ankles, her humiliating diaper on full display.
Then, before she even knew what was happening, her Nanny swiftly bound both of her wrists into sturdy cloth restraint cuffs attached under the chair.
Kelly was equal parts shocked and terrified. She tried to get up on reflex, but was only able to stand up halfway, the cuffs around her wrists keeping her just above the chair, and the steel cables keeping the chair close to the corner and floor.
“Sit that butt right back down, young lady,” her Nanny scolded. “Your punishment is only just about to begin. Trust me when I say you don’t want me to make it even worse.”
Kelly immediately complied, flopping back into her little seat in terror.
“Now, given the way you’ve filthied your mouth with extremely disrespectful, disobedient chatter, it’s clear that your mouth needs a good cleaning out. Hopefully, by time I’m done giving that naughty little mouth of yours a good long scrubbing with a bar of soap, you’ll have learned to never speak in such a disobedient and disrespectful way toward me again.”
Kelly watched in horror as her Nanny grabbed a bar of soap from the kitchen sink and began lathering it under cold water.
“What?!” Kelly screamed in shock. “Nanny, please, no! You can’t do—“
Kelly’s cries were suddenly muffled by the most foul tasting thing she’d ever experienced being jammed into her mouth.
It was a lathered up bar of soap being shoved between her teeth and scrubbed up and down.
”Phwackkk—yuckk—thawpp itt!!”Kelly squealed and screamed. But her Nanny only scrubbed the bar harder as she kicked and flailed.
“Naughty girl!” her Nanny scolded. “Naughty, naughty girl! Acting like a bratty toddler at your age, unable to wait your turn to use the potty. While if you act like a baby under my roof, I treat you like a baby! A filthy-mouthed, disobedient, naughty little baby!”
Kelly helplessly flailed against her restraints in vain. But she was totally helpless as her Nanny had her way with her using the bar of soap.
Soon, drool was pouring down Kelly’s chin by the gallon. Snot and tears streamed down her face.
And through her blurry vision, Kelly could see all the other kids in the house suddenly gathered in the kitchen, watching her punishment with wide, amused eyes and giggling and whispering with glee.
* * *
“Now bite down. Bite down hard, right now!” Kelly’s Nanny suddenly ordered.
Kelly reflexively complied, chomping her teeth hard into the bar of soap.
Finally, her Nanny let go of the retched thing and stood back up.
But it was only then that Kelly realized the consequences of her biting down on the soap so hard—it was now stuck in her mouth!
”Rmmmrmm! Rmmrrurmrmr!”Kelly mumbled ineffectually through the soap.
But her Nanny just laughed as she rinsed her soapy hands off at the sink. “Sorry, naughty girl, but talking is a privilege for big kids who know how to use their words respectfully. You’ve lost that privilege for the rest of the day.”
Kelly was forced to lean her head forward and let the soapy drool pour out of her mouth, onto her shirt and pants, drooling like a baby while everyone watched. She felt utterly disgusting and humiliated.
“Uh-oh,” her Nanny said loudly. “It looks like we have a drooly baby here, don’t we kids? Does anyone here know what drooly babies need?”
“A bib!” One of the kids shouted.
“That’s right!” her Nanny said with cruel delight.
Kelly looked up in horror to see her Nanny suddenly produce a humiliating baby bib. It said Mommy’s Baby Stinker in bold letters.
And Kelly was helpless to stop her Nanny from tying it around her neck.
Everyone in the room exploded with laughter at the humiliating sight—someone older than all of them, wearing a bib and helplessly grunting and drooling like a one-year-old in front of them.
Kelly blushed redder and redder and redder. The taste of soap was retch-inducing and unbearable. The drool and snot pouring onto her bib made her feel utterly pathetic and helpless. She couldn’t believe this was happening.
“Alright, naughty girl,” her Nanny said, turning back to Kelly to get her attention. “I’m going to let you keep that bar of soap in your mouth until I come back. And when I come back, I’ll be taking it out to give you the chance to convince me you’ll never be breaking my rules like that again. Is that understood?”
Kelly looked up through her tears and tried to summon an answer.
But instead… she suddenly couldn’t.
Something else was happening.
Something overpowering and terrible…
“Young lady? Did you hear me?” Her Nanny scolded.
But Kelly still didn’t answer. Instead, she suddenly squatted upward as far as she could off the seat of the chair, as far as she could lift her bottom with her hands still bound beneath her…
Brrrrrrrpppppppppp
Kelly finally exploded with the biggest dump of her life… right into the seat of her exposed diaper.
* * *
Kelly twisted her face and involuntarily grunted as she finally lost the battle for control of her bowels.
She squatted helplessly as the first massive log shot right down into the seat of her diaper. It quickly met resistance and she immediately felt it begin spreading its warm mess into the seat of her crinkly undergarment.
She took a deep breath, and before she could even wrap her head around what just happened, her body took over again, making her squeeze her eyes shut, squat further forward, and push out another volley of warm, wetter mess into her waiting diaper.
She unconsciously clenched down even harder on the bar of soap, filthy, soapy drool pouring down her chin and down onto her bib like a waterfall, as she succumbed to more and more waves of her poopy mess.
She grunted and groaned and squealed, her bowel contractions becoming slightly painful in their force, making the deed all the more helpless and vulnerable for her as she continued filling her diaper with more and more of her poopy mess.
Soon, she could feel the rear of her diaper heavily sagging and seemingly filled to the brim with her shameful, poopy mess. It was practically already touching the chair she was helplessly squatting over due to the restraints her Nanny still had her in.
Finally, Kelly caught her breath enough to look up. And she returned to the reality around her.
There she was, sucking a bar of soap, wearing a bib covered with her drool, and standing before a crowd of kids much younger than her, all gleefully taking in the sight of her pooping her diaper to the absolute brim before them.
Laughter. All she heard at first was the sound of laughter. Then name-calling, and cackling, and shouts of excitement and disbelief. All while her smug-faced Nanny stood by, seemingly delighting in Kelly’s utter humiliation.
“Kelly pooped her paaants! Kelly pooped her paaants! Someone needs a diaper change because Kelly pooped her paaaants!” They all began chanting.
Kelly squeezed her eyes shut in abject horror. She was still utterly trapped in the corner, suddenly feeling like a peasant in a medieval stockade as the taunting and name-calling continued.
“Pee-ew,” she heard her Nanny say loudly as she approached. “Young lady, what did you do in that diaper? Tell me right now!”
Kelly didn’t respond. They would have been mumbles anyway, given the soap. But she was in a state of humiliation-overload-induced-paralysis.
“Kelly! Answer me right now. It smells like you just pooped your pants. Did you poop in your diaper young lady?” Her Nanny demanded. “Do you have a poopy diaper!?”
Still Kelly didn’t respond.
Finally, her Nanny went around and stuck a finger into Kelly’s waist band and squished the seat of her diaper. Kelly groaned from the hot, poopy mess being pressed against her bottom. It was a feeling more infantile and humiliating than anything she’d ever experienced before.
“Young lady!” Her Nanny scolded. “I was under the impression that you only had a problem holding your peepee messes. If I knew that you still do poopoos in your pants, I neverwould have entertained trying to still potty-train you. It was very, very naughty for you to lie to Nanny about the fact that you still go poopy in your pants like a baby, young lady!” Her Nanny scolded, giving the seat of her loaded several hard spanks with her hands, smushing the mess even further.
Kelly was beyond any sort of possible response. At this point… she was mentally trapped in a dimension of pure humiliation, shame and embarrassment.
Suddenly, the doorbell rang. Her Nanny checked her watch.
“Well, it sounds like that’s probably one of the little one’s parents here to pick them up,” her Nanny said. “I’m sure the rest will be arriving shortly as well. Kelly, you stay right there and think about what a naughty, naughty, stinky poopy baby you’ve been, while I see everyone else off for the evening.”
Her Nanny turned and pointed the small crowd of kids toward the door. “Alright, everyone, come along,” she said as she led everyone out toward the living room to get ready to get picked up.
Kelly took a deep breath through her nose, immediately relieved that she was finally alone in her messy condition.
But as her senses slowly came back to her, she realized something else unpleasant…
Her legs were starting to get very tired. And it was suddenly becoming very difficult for her to maintain her squatting position above the chair her wrists were bound to.
Suddenly, the humiliation of her public exposure was replaced with the humiliation of desperately wishing to avoid sitting down in her utterly filthy, poopy diaper.
But it was merely seconds before her legs started to tremble in exhaustion. And to add even more to her humiliation, her bladder responded to the strain by releasing as well.
Kelly cringed as she felt the front of her diaper suddenly warm up again as she let out what felt like a gallon of her hot pee. She looked down and could see the crotch of her diaper turning yellow before her eyes.
She then suffered the unpleasant sensation of her hot pee dripping back into the seat of poopy diaper, making the whole mess even more terrible between her legs and against her butt cheeks.
Finally, unable to maintain her squatting stance any longer, Kelly’s legs gave out—
Squelch — Kelly cringed as she sat right down onto the mess of her poopy diaper.
The hot mess immediately spread in every direction of her diaper—squishing into the front, up the sides, and practically up and out the waistband in the back.
And the relief Kelly felt by finally sitting down was immediately replaced with waves of shame and disgust at the stinky, poopy mess she could now feel spreading to every inch of her soggy diaper.
Suddenly, the smell started to hit her. The stench was specific and unique. It immediately conjured times when she had seen and smelled toddlers running away from a diaper change before. It was the smell of BM and baby powder. It was the utterly distinct smell of a really, stinky, poopy diaper.
And it was hers. She had pooped her diaper in front of her Nanny and everyone else… just like a baby.
Kelly hung her head forward, the soap still in her mouth, and began to quietly cry in defeat and humiliation as more drool poured down her chin, onto her bib, and onto her brown and yellow stained diapered crotch.
It seemed that Nanny was right about her. She wasn’t potty-trained, after all. And the proof… was in the poopy pudding now in the seat of her diapee.
* * *
“Alright, dear, let’s get you cleaned up.”
Kelly looked up to see her Nanny suddenly standing over her with a washcloth. She wasn’t sure how long it had been that Nanny had left her sitting there, but the truth was, it wasn’t nearly as long as Kelly feared it would be. Perhaps about an hour.
“Open,” her Nanny said, grabbing the bar of soap in Kelly’s mouth with her hands.
Kelly complied, gagging as some of the soap poured back down her throat as she raised her chin. But she was eager to finally get the terrible thing out of her mouth.
“There we go…” her Nanny said, gently wresting the soap out of Kelly’s embedded teeth and pulling it out of Kelly’s mouth.
Kelly immediately gagged and sputtered, the horrible taste of soap in her mouth so strong, it felt like it was still in there.
“Kelly, close your mouth and look at me,” her Nanny said in a stern, but not mean voice.
Kelly looked up to see her Nanny kneeling down, looking her in the eyes.
“Can you tell me what you did that was naughty?” her Nanny asked.
“Yes, Nanny,” Kelly answered, eager not to upset her. “I uh… asked to use the potty, even though I knew I wasn’t allowed to go yet. I broke Nanny’s rules.”
“That’s right,” her Nanny said. “And are you going to do that again?”
“No, Nanny, I promise!” Kelly blurted, shaking her head.
“Very good,” her Nanny said. “And do you know what else you did?”
Kelly paused to think, then remembered the poopy diaper she was still sitting in right then. “I made a big, stinky, poopy mess in my diapee, Nanny,” Kelly said, her voice becoming automatically more babyish, like some sort of unconscious coping mechanism. “I made a big poopy in my pants… even though Nanny said I wasn’t supposed to use my diapees. And I’m vewwy, vewwy, sawwy.”
“That’s right,” her Nanny said. “Good girl. Nanny’s proud of you for being honest with her and apologizing for what you did wrong.”
Kelly was very surprised by her Nanny saying she was proud of her like that. She suddenly sounded much kinder than she had been toward Kelly before… even if she was still relatively stern.
Her Nanny then wiped Kelly’s face clean with the washcloth, mopped up some of the drool on her bib and shirt, and finally unfastened Kelly’s hands from the cuffs around her wrists.
“I’m sure you want something to get the taste of that soap out of your mouth, huh?” her Nanny said.
“Yes, Nanny!” Kelly replied.
To Kelly’s surprise, her Nanny went to the fridge and returned with a large baby bottle full of milk.
“There you go, sweetpea,” she said, putting the rubber nipple between Kelly’s lips.
Despite the humiliating nature of the bottle, Kelly started to thirstily drink… but her mouth still tasted badly of soap, making her choke and sputter.
“Sorry, dear,” her Nanny said. “I’m not going to let you rinse your mouth out. Girls who get their mouth soaped in my house have to wait until they drink enough to wash it away naturally, so they have a longer lasting reminder of their naughtiness. But hopefully, this way they’ll learn faster and get their mouth soaped less in the long run. It’s for your own good, dear.”
Kelly looked up and gave a defeated nod. “Yesh, Nanny.”
“Now go ahead and keep drinking,” her Nanny said, pushing the nipple back between her lips and raising the bottom of the bottle.
Kelly obeyed, grabbing the bottle with both hands and thirstily sucking her milk down, doing her best to ignore the soapy taste.
“Good girl,” her Nanny said with a smile.
And in a weird way, Kelly suddenly felt happy just finally knowing how to do something that was making her Nanny happy, rather than mad at her.
“Come on, let’s go get that poopy stinky diaper changed, huh?” her Nanny said, helping Kelly to her feet.
Kelly grimaced as her filthy, poopy diaper sloshed around between her legs as she stood up and stepped out of her pants.
“Oh yes, you are one, stinky, stinky little girl, aren’t you? Aren’t you?” Her Nanny teased, patting and squeezing the back of Kelly’s diaper, making her blush.
“Yesh, Nanny,” Kelly answered, still sucking down her milk.
Kelly continued drinking from her bottle as her Nanny led her by the hand down the hall toward the changing table in the room next to her bedroom. She waddled and grimaced from the poopy mess smushing and smearing around between her legs with every step.
But despite her disgust at her shameful, poopy diaper, she was undeniably relieved that her Nanny was apparently going to change her out of her stinky mess.
* * *
When they got to the changing table, Kelly hesitated, not wanting to squish her mess again by sitting on it on the changing table.
But if her Nanny noticed her trepidation, she didn’t seem to care, as she swiftly lifted Kelly up and plopped her on the seat of her diaper on the changing table anyway, making a big squelch.
“Big messs, Nanny!” Kelly said through the rubber nipple between her teeth, her face turning red.
“Yes you did, little one,” her Nanny laughed as she laid Kelly onto her back. “You made a real big, poopy, stinky mess in that diaper for Nanny to change, didn’t you?”
“Yesh,” Kelly blushed.
“That’s okay, dear, just lay back and Nanny will take care of it,” her Nanny cooed.
Kelly closed her eyes and sucked harder on her nearly finished milk bottle as she heard the tapes of her diaper being undone.
Then she squealed as Nanny lifted her legs up and untaped her diaper, exposing her mess to the cool air.
“Oh dear, pee-ew!” her Nanny teased. “Nanny needs to get a clothespin for her nose when she changes little Kelly’s poopy diapers. Doesn’t she? Doesn’t she?”
“Yesh, Nanny,” Kelly giggled and blushed.
Kelly stayed frozen still, almost dissociating as she felt her Nanny start using cool wipe after cool wipe to wipe the poopy mess off her bottom.
It wasn’t necessarily an unpleasant dissociation, though. In fact, Kelly felt herself suddenly mentally transported back in time to a much, much earlier age. An age when she didn’t mind getting her poopy diaper changed. An age when she had no cares at all in the world.
And in fact, by the time her Nanny had finished wiping all the poopy mess off Kelly’s bottom and rolling up her soiled diaper… Kelly was almost enjoying herself, in a strange way. At the very least… it was like she could finally relax.
“Alright, lady-bug,” her Nanny cooed, “butt up for your new diaper.”
“Yes, Nanny!” Kelly said as her Nanny slipped an even more colorful, crinkly diaper beneath her bottom.
It didn’t even occur to Kelly that she usually despised the moment when her Nanny put a new diaper on her, reminding her of her humiliated status. Right now, Kelly was just genuinely happy to be clean.
Kelly giggled as her Nanny sprinkled her bottom with baby powder. And finally, her Nanny taped her new, wonderfully dry diaper on and helped Kelly sit up.
Her Nanny noticed Kelly suddenly chewing and sucking on the rubber nipple of her now empty bottle.
“Good girl,” her Nanny cooed, taking the bottle away from Kelly. “You finished it all, like Nanny asked!”
But Kelly suddenly twisted her face in worry as the bottle was taken away. She suddenly felt anxious without something to suck on.
“Aw, don’t worry dear, one second,” her Nanny said.
Her Nanny dug into a nearby drawer and swiftly returned with an extra-large, super-cute looking pink binky.
“There you go, sweet-heart,” her Nanny said sticking it into Kelly’s mouth.
Kelly smiled as she began reflexively sucking on the pacifier, not even aware of just how babyish she was suddenly acting.
“Kelly, dear,” her Nanny said, “we need to talk, okay? Can you look at me?”
Kelly looked up at her Nanny and suddenly felt deeply anxious again. She didn’t know what was going on, but she didn’t like it.
“Kelly, remember when you told me that you were potty-trained? And that you were a big-kid who didn’t need to wear diapers?” her Nanny asked.
Kelly frowned. Suddenly, all her adult thoughts were flooding back into her head.
“Yes… Nanny,” Kelly reluctantly answered, her cheeks turning red.
“Then what happened here tonight, huh?” her Nanny asked. “Why did I have to change you out of a big, stinky, poopy diaper?”
“I… uh… uh… uh… I don’t know, Nanny…” Kelly said, suddenly tearing up.
“Do big kids poop their diapers? Do they poop their diapers in front of everyone and then have their Nanny’s wiped their stinky bottom’s off?” her Nanny asked in a pointed tone.
“No, Nanny!” Kelly answered, suddenly bursting into tears. “Nanny, I’m sorry! Please don’t get angry with me! I didn’t mean to make a big poopy mess in my diapees! It was a accident!”
Kelly then threw her arms around her Nanny in a hug, suddenly helplessly sobbing.
Her Nanny sighed, hugged Kelly back, and gave a soft smile.
“Shhhh shhh… it’s okay dear, it’s okay,” her Nanny said.
“It is?” Kelly asked, looking up.
“Yes, dear. Listen. Nanny doesn’t like punishing you in the way that she’s been punishing you over the past week,” her Nanny said.
“You don’t?” Kelly asked in surprise, her binky still in her mouth.
“No, dear,” her Nanny said with a smile. “But the reason I had to be so strict with you is because you told me you were a big kid… even though you were having accidents like a baby.”
“Oh,” Kelly answered.
“But it doesn’t have to be that way, dear. Right now, if you choose to be honest with Nanny, and tell me the truth, that you’re not really a big kid, and that you’re not potty-trained, and that you still need to wear diapers and be taken care of by Nanny like the little baby you are… well then that’s perfectly okay! Nanny won’t need to punish you for your peepee or poopy messes anymore, because that’s just what little babies who aren’t potty-trained still do,” her Nanny said with the warmest smile.
Kelly looked back at her Nanny in an overwhelming swirl of emotions.
Suddenly, Kelly remembered that she was an adult. That she was potty-trained. That she hatedbeing forced to wear diapers. She didn’t need them!
But at the same time… she remembered the punishment and suffering she endured trying to prove that to her Nanny.
And what if… her Nanny was right? What if she wasn’t potty-trained like she thought she was? She did, after all, just poop her pants in front of a full crowd of people.
And when it came to getting her diaper changed… when Kelly finally relaxed and connected to her baby-self again… she was suddenly the happiest she’d been in some time.
But was she really willing to give up all of her adulthood to this lady? To go back to diapers all the time… just because her ‘Nanny’ said she needed them?
“Ummmm…” Kelly said, suddenly looking away and sucking her binky even harder.
“Kelly dear,” her Nanny said, rubbing her back. “I’m sure this is probably hard for you. You probably don’t want to admit to me that you’re a baby who needs diapers. And that’s very understandable. But you don’t have to pretend to be big anymore. I watched you poop your pants in front of me tonight, dear. And I changed your stinky diapers myself. You don’t have to pretend anymore, and I don’t have to punish you anymore. But that depends on you being honest with me, right now, about who you really are. That you really are a diaper-needing baby.”
Kelly looked back up, suddenly utterly taken by the woman her Nanny had become—a sweet-voiced, caring, angel looking over her, just wanting to take care of her in every way.
And whether it was true or not, whether Kelly would later regret it or not, whether it was all a tower of manipulation and lies from her Nanny that led Kelly to this point or not…
It suddenly didn’t matter. The only thing Kelly wanted was to keep her Nanny happy. And if that meant being her little diaper-baby all the time from now on, it was worth it.
“You’re right, Nanny!” Kelly blurted. “I’m just a baby who needs diapers! Please put me back in diapers and take care of me like the little baby I am from now on!”
“Aww, good girl!” her Nanny said, wrapping Kelly in a giant hug. “Nanny is so proud of you! And Nanny is going to take such great care of you. Okay, darling?”
“I love you, Nanny!” Kelly blurted through her paci, tears of joy in her eyes.
“Nanny loves you, too, darling. Nanny loves you, too,” her Nanny cooed.
* * *
Kelly’s Nanny gave her another warm bottle of milk, dressed her into her new footy pajamas, and tucked her into bed a short time later… into what would soon be turned into Kelly’s new crib.
Before she left the sleeping angel’s room, her Nanny turned back and smiled at her new darling one more time.
Her plan couldn’t have gone any better, Kelly’s Nanny thought to herself. With just a simple double-dose of laxatives in her baby’s din-din that night, she had all the leverage she needed to finally successfully transform Kelly into her new baby, right before her eyes! She even got the girl to agree with her Nanny that it was for the best!
It was hard for her to be so mean with her terrible punishments toward the precious little angel at times. But she knew it was necessary to make the girl view babyhood as the incredible escape from miserable adulthood that she needed it to be.
And well, the truth was, as a Nanny, she did have a sadistic streak in her at times, and it was fun to give into that when the situation called for it. Besides, there would still be plenty of punishments for her new little baby angel in the future, as even the best behaved babies still have trouble behaving themselves sometimes.
Kelly’s Nanny closed the door of Kelly’s soon-to-be new nursery and beamed with joy as she walked back to her own bedroom.
She had done it, she thought to herself. She had turned Kelly into her new, permanent diapered baby, to take care of utterly and completely, so long as she remained under her Nanny’s care.
And if she did everything right, hopefully her position as little Kelly’s new, diaper-changing Nanny would continue long beyond the end of the summer, for many years to come, and she and her new, precious, adult baby would soon be living happily ever after, together as diaper-baby and Nanny, forever and ever, as she knew in her heart it should be.
THE END.
