Punishment Method #5: Physical Restraint and Total Bondage
INTRO
Thus far, we have implemented a barrage of humiliating and painful punishments upon our diapered submissive in hopes of training their dirty little diaper masturbating habit out of them.
But alas, some babies just don’t get it. They just don’t understand that diapers are for Mommies to change, not for babies to play with themselves in.
It’s now time to begin implementing measures of firm restraint. That is, techniques of bondage that completely prohibit and totally frustrate our naughty little ones from ever ‘getting off’ in their dirty diapers again, no matter how hard they try.
And in the process they will experience the divine humiliation of their new, diapered impotence.
Escalating Bondage: Introducing New Restraints in New Places
When beginning down the path of diapered bondage, for the purposes of restricting unauthorized self-pleasure, or otherwise, I recommend imposing a process of steady acclamation for your little one.
That is, start with buckles, straps and restraints that are commonplace at first, then slowly escalate to restraints that are explicitly punishing and restrictive.
For example, start slow, with a simple strap and buckle across their waist on the changing table, explaining to them that it’s, “Just so you don’t roll off when you get giggly during your changing time, silly.”
Or surprise them with a brand new carseat that just happens to have a lot more buckles than usual, and pull them all extra, extra tight to keep them, “Nice and safe and secure when driving to daycare.”
The restraints should appear relatively innocent and babyish. Whenever possible, you should make use of the type of plastic buckles or straps you would perhaps see on a baby’s changing table in a public bathroom. Or velcro. Or strong plastic locks, secure snaps, or other baby appropriate locks or restraints.
You may worry that such juvenile-styled restraints are not sufficient to guarantee effective bondage. But I promise you, should you use restraints approved for medical or hospital usage, they will be just as inescapable as steel handcuffs.
Further, even a simple plastic buckle can be inescapable when placed just out of reach. And can you imagine anything more babyish and humiliating than knowing you are trapped in a soggy diaper by means of a simple plastic buckle?
The reason plastic, velcro, and babyish restraints are crucial to the endeavor of diapered bondage is because the infantile aesthetic is just as critical as the restraints themselves when it comes to enacting bondage upon your diapered little one.
Psychologically, they need to experience the restraints you put them in, not from the perspective of jailor to inmate, but as Mommy to baby. They need to internalize that their physical restraints are manifestations of their babyish inability to handle even the basic freedom of mobility. They need to perceive that, like a baby, they are being smothered and controlled by their mommy for their own good. Even when it comes to something as simple as say, getting up off the changing table without their Mommy letting them.
From the locking highchair table at breakfast, to the tightly bundled blankets at night, they will soon become more and more accustomed to being restrained in their every day life in a million small ways, just like a child.
Buckles and straps become almost a part of their wardrobe. And like their diapers, they will serve as a constant reminder to them of their submissive, babyish state.
Now, you may ask, why bother implementing restraints upon your diapered little one in such a strategic, gradual way?
It’s not merely out of concern for the comfort of your naughty little one, per se.
Instead, I find this method to be much more effective at subconsciously convincing your diapered submissive that the bondage and restraint methods you impose, no matter how severe, are in fact a necessary aspect to their new state of diapered babyhood.
Instead of experiencing say, a straitjacket, as an external tool of overly-harsh control, a properly acclimated little one will internalize it as a necessary response from their Mommy due to their naughty, babyish behavior.
Further, by having your little one become psychologically accustomed to having their movement almost always restricted in some fashion, it trains them to acquiesce to you whenever you wish to apply restraints upon them.
Therefore, when it’s time to begin escalating to restraints specifically for the purpose of diapered sexual control and punishment, for a naughty one who just can’t help but continue sticking their naughty fingers where they don’t belong…
You will have much less resistance. And their babyish submission to your utter dominance will be all the sweeter.
Like taking candy from a baby.
The Changing Table
Start with some simple straps and restraints on the changing table.
The first one, as mentioned, should be the one over your submissive’s waist. The buckle doesn’t need to be too tight. In fact, a simple, plastic, quick release buckle is ideal, as each time they are secured, it will have the tell-tale, infantile ‘click’. But make sure to slide the buckle itself down beneath the table, out of your little one’s reach.
To test the simple buckle’s effectiveness, you might leave the room for some time while they’re on the changing table, waiting to be changed out of their dirty diaper. After some time, they might try to get up to find you. But upon trying to do so, they will suffer the embarrassment of realizing they can’t even get up and out of such a simple strap and buckle, without their Mommy coming back to do it for them!
After implementing the first simple restraint over the waist, the first time you then notice your little one ‘reaching down where they shouldn’t’ during a diaper change, no matter how innocuous, immediately implement two more simple buckles—upon their wrists in order to keep their hands above their waist for every diaper change going forward. These wrist restraints shouldn’t be too tight… yet.
Explain to them, “Mommy just wants to make sure you don’t get your hands yucky by touching where your diaper goes. Remember, only Mommy gets to touch your peepee and diaper area?”
Then, to escalate:
The first time you discover signs of diapered masturbation from your naughty little one, pull the straps on their wrists way tighter for diaper changes, all the way above their head, so their hands essentially can’t move at all.
As you tighten those straps, explain, “I guess since Mommy has to keep a pretty close eye on those naughty hands of yours, I better keep them way up here above your head from now on during changies, huh?”
The Crib
Similar to the changing table, start with some simple straps in the crib. Two on the feet. Two on the wrists. One across the waist.
It’s important that these restraints are not too tight. Not yet.
Explain to your little one that the restraints are there simply to protect them from rolling out of their crib at night, “just in case the bars of your crib accidentally come undone while you’re sleeping.”
Get them used to the nightly routine of having the straps there. Of the soft bracelets around their wrists and ankles. The straps that keep them from climbing up and over the top of their crib… but don’t restrict them much more than that.
Then, at the first signs of inappropriate ‘naughtiness’… begin slowly restricting the length of their straps over a period of several nights.
Like a frog in slowly boiling water… the changes will be too incremental for them to notice.
Until suddenly one night, they’ll settle down in the crib, ready to indulge their filthy, filthy sexual perversions in their soggy, mushy diaper…
Only to discover… they suddenly can no longer reach!
They’ll panic and whine. But know they can’t complain! After all, they know they’re not supposed to ‘play’ down there, anyway.
They’ll wonder if it was an accident that the straps were suddenly tightened too much now. If there was some mistake.
They might even ask you to loosen them the next night… making up some sort of excuse for why they’re interested in having that happen.
And you’ll just smile, kiss them on the cheek, and assure them that the straps are just as tight as they’ve always been. Besides, they’re only there for your little one’s safety at night, right?
Finally, from now on, you’ll tuck your little one into bed, their diaper freshly soggy and warm, and they’ll whimper with sexual frustration and diapered humiliation, until they finally fall asleep in their crib.
What a satisfying punishment for your naughty little stinker!
Baby’s New Wardrobe
Besides the very practical and straight to the point use of buckles and straps, many caregivers may prefer to also implement a wardrobe of baby clothes that have levels of restraint and diaper access restriction inherent to the garments.
The first advantage of these wardrobe items, over other restraint systems, is that they can be worn out and about, and at all times—useful if your adult baby has a nasty habit of sticking their hand into the front of their dirty diapee whenever they get the chance, even during the day or on public outings.
The second advantage… is that they’re just so adorable! By combining bondage into babyish clothes themselves, you form a highly effective association between your submissive, their bondage, and their new existence as a restricted, smothered little baby.
If your little one ever complains about the fact that their clothes now lock up, simply ask them why they care? After all, Mommy is the only one who needs to take their clothes off for diaper changes.
If they had any naughty intent in mind, they’ll blush and keep quiet, knowing they can’t admit the real reason they don’t want to be ‘hemmed-in’, so to speak!
Recommended Wardrobe Locking Mechanisms
In general, when devising restrictive wardrobe solutions, I recommend devising a locking mechanism that doesn’t require a traditional metal lock and key, such as extra tight snapping buttons, twisting safety locks, specially tied ribbons, knotted twisty ties, reinforced double locking safety pins, or even sewing up items as tight as possible with standard needle and thread.
This way, the locking mechanism remains easy for any adult to undo, but still just difficult enough for your diapered baby not to be able to undo it themselves, whether because the locking device is directly behind their back, it requires scissors which they’re too little to use, or even just that the simple mechanism is slightly too difficult for their little baby brain to figure out.
Further, if they have locking padded mittens on (discussed further below), even the simplest of snaps or zippers will do.
This way, your little one realizes that the locking mechanism is easy for adults, but impossible for them.
This adds an extra effect of making them feel extra babyish. Just like a toddler, they can’t even undo the snaps on their onesie to pull down their diaper and use the potty without their Mommy’s help!
Zipper-back PJ’s
The first adorable and wonderfully useful item I recommend adding to your little one’s wardrobe is a footed PJ onesie with the zipper in the back.
These types of PJs are typically made for those with special needs, with the intent of preventing diaper removal by the wearer. Which also makes them perfect for the needs of diaper punishment and domination!
You can readily find these onesies online in a variety of sizes and styles. And they are just as effective for our needs of preventing any potential ‘diaper tampering’ by our naughty little ones.
Make a new nightly ritual of ‘zipping up’ for bedtime after you change your little into their diaper for the night. The feeling of having their Mommy zip up their PJs behind their back is a wonderfully humiliating, infantilizing sensation for diapered little ones.
The zipper design in the back, along with the secure snap over it, might even be effective in of itself to keep your little one ‘secure’ for the night—especially if combined with mobility restricting mittens or crib wrist restraints.
But if not, a simple lock mechanism, such as those described above, or even a plastic zip tie you cut off in the morning, will make sure they can’t worm out of their PJs and touch their diaper at any point throughout the night!
Baby Onesies
The same concept above for PJ onesies can apply to a baby style onesie (AKA bodysuit) that has snaps right below their diaper, and that they can wear like an adorable, baby-printed T-shirt all throughout the day.
Simply make use of some locking safety pins, a plastic lock, or even a regular small luggage lock if you prefer, to the snaps under their diaper.
That way, they can’t get at their diaper, but you can still relatively easily unlock and unsnap their onesie for diaper checks and changies!
Making Other Babywear ‘Tamperproof’
The same principles above can be applied to all sorts of garments in your little ones wardrobe with just a little creativity! That way you can always have your little one ‘secured’ and unable to indulge in filthy habits at all hours of the day, while looking just as adorable as always!
One Piece Rompers: Similar to baby onesies, rompers can be secured with locking safety pins or other locking mechanism through the snaps on the bottom designed to come undone for diaper checks.
Overalls and Shortalls: One of my favorite things to dress a little in! They can have their shoulder straps secured in the front, then safety pinned or specially locked near the shoulders to a bodysuit underneath. This will keep your little one from sliding the straps off and wriggling out.
Dresses: Dresses can also be custom sewed and fashioned to be extra tight fitting, so that they can’t be lifted over your little’s head when zippered up. Then, the zipper in back can be secured with a similar simple lock. But make sure to tape and secure that diaper way up above their waist line!
Skirts and Bloomers: Even these items can become properly restrictive if pulled up just high enough over their hips, pulled tight and locked by similar methods.
Soon, your little one will begin to see every item in their wardrobe as something Mommy puts on them… and only Mommy can take off!
Layer Up!
Don’t forget, you can always combine multiple items of locking clothes to create multiple lines of defense, so to speak!
For example, you can have a locking body suit under their locking overalls. Or a sweater safety pinned to their pants, and their pants secured with a zip tie through their front belt loops.
Not only does this add a layer of protection to slow down your little one if they still manage to wriggle through one layer of defense—it creates an even more fun experience of getting dressed, where they experience the lengthy process of being methodically ‘snapped in, zipped up, and locked tight’ in their outfit for the day, their padding ultra-secured underneath.
Good thing they’re wearing diapers! They certainly wouldn’t be able to get out of all of that to make it to the potty in time. 😉
Padded Mittens
Padded, Locking, Medical Restraint Mittens are one of the most important items in any diaper domme’s arsenal of tools.
For those unacquainted, such padded mittens (also called Closed Finger Control Mitts) go over a patient’s hand (in a hospital setting), and completely eliminate the patient’s finger and hand dexterity by engulfing them in thick cotton padding.
A little one wearing such mittens is, in effect, reduced to the dexterity of a newborn, barely able to hold their own milk bottle, let alone turn a door knob.
Such mittens are deliciously satisfying to apply to a diapered submissive at any time, and they work synergistically with all other forms of bondage and restriction.
For example, with mittens locked to their hands, a simple zipper under a button in the back of your little one’s PJ’s, will now become as impenetrable as an iron padlock.
In fact, Padded mittens alone may be enough to solve all of your little one’s unwanted and filthy diaper masturbating. After all, the mittens completely prevent the ability to undo diaper tapes.
And for boys, even if they could get access to their little weewees beneath their soggy diapers, such mittens make successful masturbation nearly impossible, at least for some time, as little masturbating diaper boys have no doubt been so addicted to mindlessly and aggressively rubbing their tiny shafts with such an animalistic deathgrip, they have likely trained all sensitivity out of their privates, and are now most likely incapable of spurting without applying the tightest of masturbatory grips directly to their stiffened weewee.
In general, padded mittens are a wonderful implement to apply to your little one at any point in time, and for any reason!
They immediately reduce even the most proud and defiant little one to a helpless baby, literally dependent on their Mommy to feed them, dress them, change their diaper… even open the door to leave their nursery!
However, in regards to the topic at hand—diapered masturbation prevention—it should be noted that if adult little ones under your care are deprived long enough of genital stimulation, if they become desperate enough to satiate their filthy, carnal desires, a properly frenzied little one can likely achieve a clitoral orgasm, or a shaft-spurting orgasm, through external soggy diaper rubbing alone.
In fact, I have seen some situations where little ones who had already been restricted by their caretakers to padded mittens nearly 24 hours a day, and for quite some time, still found ways to engage in deeply sinful activity behind their caregiver’s backs.
These caregivers believed the padded mittens alone were an effective method to successfully eliminate any foul sexual proclivities their little ones could possibly indulge in.
And yet, upon being properly secretly monitored for long enough, the mitten-restrained little ones were observed to still be capable of achieving climax through countless different ‘creative’ methods.
For example, one adult little diaper girl had made a special habit of waiting till her diaper was warm and soggy to the point of nearly leaking… Then hopping on her special wooden rocking horse and grinding the narrow saddle into the crotch of her sweaty, soggy, urine soaked diaper, until she practically screamed with filthy, filthy, diapered orgasm.
Another adult little diaper boy had developed an affection for intimately ‘cuddling’ his favorite stuffy—an extra large stuffed bear, given to him for his first birthday as a diapered little.
But it was soon revealed, via secretly recorded video, that when his nursery door was closed, he had developed a nightly routine of humping his special stuffy for as long as it took—sometimes for hours on end—until he finally managed to spurt into his tightly taped diaper.
And what was even more revealing about this particular naughty diaper-masturbator, was that he seemed to enjoy humping his ‘special bear’ most, just after he had just gone number two in his diaper… and he had a hot poopy load to smush in the seat of his crinkly padding.
As you can see, padded mittens are an incredibly effective, wonderfully infantilizing tool. But still, it’s crucial to combine them with other means of restriction, bondage, and diaper punishment if you wish to truly successfully prevent the sin of diapered masturbation entirely under your roof.
Which brings me to my next technique, which directly addresses preventing diaper humping and similar ‘external rubbing’ diaper stimulation…
Double Diapers & Plastic Pants
Has your little one ever complained about how their diaper is so thick and puffy, it makes them have to waddle like a baby around the house?
Well, it’s time to show them just how thick and humiliating a diaper can get!
Subjecting your little one to the restraint of exceptionally thick diapers serves two purpose:
First and foremost to the topic of bondage for sexual restraint—a thicker diaper denies the submissive the chance to feel any external sensation in their loins upon rubbing of the diaper.
Whereas before, a naughty little adult baby girl might have managed to rub the front of her soggy diaper to climax—accomplishing the naughty deed of diapered orgasm without even untaping the garment—while padded several times thicker than normal, she will quickly discover such a deed is now impossible.
A visiting diaper submissive to my nursery once described his experience thusly while freely rubbing the front and back of his hyper-thick nappy:
“Nanny, it feels like my peepee just disappeared into my diaper! I can’t even feel it, no matter what I do! It’s like… it’s gone! All I feel are my wet weewees and poopies! I don’t even know if my weewee is hard or soft anymore… it’s like my diaper is just one big, soft cloud!”
Of course, I smiled at the wonderfully adorable diaper boy visiter, thanked him for his honesty, and promptly delivered him a soapy enema as punishment all the same, because he still should have known better than to touch his diaper nonetheless.
But in addition to denying the submissive external sensation, the second purpose of extra thick diapering is much more utilitarian:
With a submissive locked up tightly in bondage or restrictions of various types, it only makes sense to give them diapers that can go longer without a change, as each change is now far more time intensive.
Of course, your submissive will likely whine about now having to sit in their poopy diaper for potentially much longer than they are used to—their discomfort undoubtedly enhanced by the fact that their poopy diaper is also now combined with the added mobility restriction and extra heat of a locking onesie, and their tightly zipped and locked footy PJs, over the top.
But they should have thought of that before they violated your rules about putting their hands where they don’t belong, shouldn’t they have?
Also, the added humiliation of suffering an even more exaggerated infantilizing waddle than usual, as well as a bum potentially twice as stinky, is a nice bonus punishment for your submissive!
Methods of Producing Excessively Thick Diapers: From Mildly Puffy to Ultra Thick
The Standard Double Disposable
The first method of adding thickness to your little one’s diaper is the standard ‘double disposable’ method.
The next time you change your little one into a fresh diaper, simply add an additional disposable diaper that’s one size bigger over the top of it.
However, it should be noted, that this method alone does not increase absorbency or capacity of your little one’s new, extra puffy diaper.
That is because when a disposable diaper is saturated, urine or other wetness will leak out the sides of the diaper, and the additional diaper is unlikely to absorb it.
Therefore, if you want to increase absorbency, you must cut slits or poke holes in the bottom of the first diaper to allow their urine to ‘flow through’ to the second diaper when saturated.
That being said, if your goal is merely to enhance embarrassing crinkle and bulk, and diminish your little one’s ability to derive erotic enjoyment through external massage, a second disposable diaper might be fine to apply, even if it doesn’t increase absorbency, merely as an ‘ornamental’ humiliation, so to speak.
Further, if you take the above mentioned tact, the second ‘humiliation’ diaper can be reused again and again over each of the submissive’s new diapers throughout the day, as the external diaper is unlikely to be soiled.
This is the basics of the ‘double disposable’, and it can be highly successful for your purposes, depending on the desired additional crinkle, thickness, and general handicap you wish to impose on your little one.
You can also utilize the same method to create a triple disposable, quadruple disposable, and so forth. However, it should be noted, you’ll likely run out of bigger sizes of disposables to continue effectively wrapping around your little one in order to increase thickness!
Therefore, if you wish to add substantial bulk, I recommend the next method…
The Power of Cloth Diapers
Cloth diapers are marvelous things, and while they are not my first go to style when it comes to putting my submissive’s back into diapers, I certainly respect those who swear by them.
For example, I find that diaper dommes who identify as Nanas or Grandmas, those who are one generation older than myself, typically prefer to wrap their diapered adult babies in cloth diapers, rather than disposable ones.
The advantages of cloth diapers for diaper domination include aspects such as:
A more intense, humiliating feeling of wetness upon urination. Cloth diapers don’t wick away moisture like disposables, forcing a little one to suffer the humiliation of being forced to ‘sit in their soggy, peepee accident’ even more so.
Another advantage is the embarrassment and humiliation they induce in your little one when they see their stained cloth diapers being hung up to dry on the clothing line outside for everyone to see. Especially when they have enduring brown stains from their poopy messes!
And finally, the added heat and bulk! Which is what makes them perfect for our purposes here in this section.
While you may decide to commit to cloth diapers entirely when deciding to ‘add bulk’, I prefer the following method of combining disposable and cloth diapers, as I personally adore the unique crinkle factor and absorbency profile of a disposable.
For your little one’s next diaper change, after they are changed into a fresh disposable, simply add an additional terrycloth nappy on top!
And do it again. And again. And again as necessary, until your little one is waddling around with the bulkiest diaper they’ve ever seen, let alone worn!
What’s wonderful about using cloth diapers to add bulk, specifically terrycloth absorbent ‘towels’, is that they can get as big as you want when made to order. Just keep safety pinning them on, and soon, your little one won’t be able to feel their privates at all through the outside of their diaper!
However, for both of the above methods of extra thick diapers to work, they require a final key ingredient of diaper bondage in general…
Locking Plastic Pants
This finally brings us to one of the most important and useful garments for diaper bondage of all: Locking plastic pants.
Firstly, for the above mentioned ‘bulking’ technique, plastic pants are the key ingredient to effectively securing the whole ultra-thick diaper and prevent any pieces from becoming undone.
The process of being dressed in plastic pants is special in of itself. The slow sliding up your little one’s legs and up over their massive diaper. The telltale ’snap’ of the elastic once it’s reached the top. The sudden compressing of their whole mega diaper tight against their already smothered bottom and groin.
It’s all a critical ingredient to really making a little one feel ‘trapped’ in their massive, bulky diaper. And the lock is the last step to truly trap them in their new, humiliating diaper prison.
Plastic pants have a wonderful effect in of themselves when it comes to adding bulk. They make the whole diaper even more crinkly. They trap in heat, making your little one’s punishment diaper even more uncomfortable. And they add even more bulk, making the prospect of your little one feeling any sensation from outside their diaper even more remote.
But as you guessed it, locking plastic pants don’t just have their only utility as a means of securing an ultra-thick diaper on your little one.
They can and should be used along with every restraint technique mentioned in this chapter thus far.
Locking plastic pants are always a good idea to add when it comes to making sure your little one keeps their diaper on, and their hands out of trouble. They are also enormously helpful for controlling for leaks, of course. Which, incidentally, just happens to be their original purpose, before us diaper dommes discovered our… additional uses for them. 😉
Returning to the topic on hand, once you have your special little wrapped up tight in an ultra-thick diaper, you might find some… interesting ways to have a little fun with your newly swaddled little one.
For example, I know of two particular caregivers who enjoyed doing the following the night they first secured such a hyper-bulky diaper upon their submissive for the first time.
First, before applying the mega-diaper, they promised their submissive he would suddenly have the freedom to enjoy some punishment-free ‘naughty-time’ with his little weewee that night in his crib.
Their submissive, of course, was over the moon with excitement that they appeared to be getting permission to finally satisfy their naughty diaper urges.
Then, before bed, the caregivers surprised their submissive by wrapping him up in an ultra thick Mega-Diaper of disposables and cloth.
Next, they tucked their submissive into his crib for the night… and secured his hands and feet with restraints, such that the little was forced to lay face down in his crib.
The naughty little diaper boy quickly realized, with frustration, that there was now only one possible way he could possibly ‘get off’, as he was promised the freedom to be able to do that night.
Once the caregivers retreated to their room, they turned on the video baby monitor overlooking their little one’s crib.
And finally, they gleefully enjoyed the show, making love to each other all night, as they watched their little one fruitlessly humping his soggy, ultra-thick diapers for hours on end, desperately attempting and failing to get off, sweating and grunting in absolute frustration as he suffered the pathetic, babyish experience of his thick diapers preventing all sensation to his privates, effectively neutering him like the sexless, diaper-pooping adult toddler that he now was.
Now, doesn’t that just sound like some good ol’ fashioned, wholesome fun?
Mechanisms of Absolute Bondage (Extreme Restraints)
Finally, I bring you to the methods of total diaper bondage.
These are the methods of restraint typically devised and reserved for the most restrictive of psych wards, and for the most hysterical of patients. Their restriction and effectiveness is so absolute, they are the archetypes for countless other partial implementations of the very same techniques.
For this chapter’s purposes, I will focus on the two most infamous restraint mechanisms:
The straitjacket. And the multi-point medical bed total restraint system (also known as Segufix medical restraints).
Both restraint garments / strap systems are capable of instantly striking fear into the heart of anyone who might possibly be subjected to their use.
Both techniques effectively render the wearer immobilized far beyond anything discussed so far. And in the case of the in-bed total restraint system, it renders the subject completely at the mercy of those overseeing them.
For the purposes of diaper domination, these restraint methods are wonderful additions to any caregiver’s arsenal.
But they are potent medicine. And it will do any domme well to remember that a little can go a surprisingly long way, in terms of using them to assert your absolute domination over a diapered submissive.
The Straitjacket
When first implementing the straitjacket upon your submissive, I recommend blindfolding them before they have any inkling of what you are about to have them wear.
Then, slowly slip their hands into each piece of the garment without telling them what exactly it is. Secure the straps slowly, so they don’t quite put together what’s taking place.
Secure the last strap between their legs—the one beneath their diaper—with an extra strong tug. (Bonus points if their diaper is currently wet or messy, smushing and trapping their diaper up against their crotch and bottom.)
Finally, remove their blindfold before a mirror, and let them behold the sight of their new absolute bondage.
Most diapered submissives will immediately squeal, beg, or burst into tears. Make sure to have a pacifier nearby to quickly slip into their mouths!
The visual impact and recognition of the constraint such a garment imposes will have an immediate impact on their psyche.
They will likely immediately begin panicking and trying to escape, which is why I suggest having their legs strapped to a chair of some type when revealing their new ‘special jacket’—ideally a wheelchair or another chair you can roll.
If they continue being too much of a handful, you can simply strap their paci into their mouth, strap them even tighter into their chair, and roll them into the corner facing the wall, until they finally calm down.
After they calm down, you can resume their babyish care as usual.
But now that it’s on, don’t ever take the straitjacket off. Explain to them that it’s their new jacket 24/7… just like they wear diapers 24/7.
To bathe them, simply transition to only giving them daily sponge-baths now, so as to avoid needing to take their jacket off for a ‘traditional’ bath.
Put the clothes you dress them in over their straitjacket when you take them out and about, or throw an extra sweater or coat over them to better hide it. (It’s unlikely anyone will think twice about their arms seemingly being tucked inside their sweater or coat.) If they resist going out, simply strap them in a wheelchair, gag them with their pacifier, and conceal their restraints with a sweater and hood.
When it comes to coloring or playtime, they will either have to figure out how to make use of their feet to play… or their mouth.
For the submissive, every single aspect of their babyish existence will now be amplified tenfold by the straitjacket.
Being spoon-fed by their Mommy will no longer be an optional way to eat. It will be the only possible way to eat.
They will long for the ability to play normally with the baby toys in their nursery they once so callously resented.
And they will suffer diaper changes with a unique sense of new helplessness, now needing literal help from their Mommy just to climb up on the changing table, to lift their legs, and all the other things they took for granted during changes before.
Finally, diapered-masturbation—even the muted sensation of diaper humping they may have secretly enjoyed before—will now be all but impossible for your naughty little one. (It’s surprisingly difficult to hump something without your arms to hold yourself up!)
Further, to escalate the sense of helplessness for your submissive, during this period of time that you have them constrained in their straitjacket, I recommend you regularly dangle the prospect of release from the jacket before them.
Institute a daily assessment. Once a day, right before bedtime, they will have permission to ask to finally be released and make their case for why. All other times of day, such requests will be met with an immediate and severe spanking.
During this time, have them promise to be good for you from now on, no matter what. Make them beg on their knees to have the straitjacket taken off, pleading to return to their old baby life of soggy diapers and locking onesies. Make them swear over and over again, every night, that they’ve finally accepted that they are now just your little diapered baby, and that they’ll never be bad again.
Listen to their pleas intently.
Pretend to carefully think it over for a long moment.
Then deny their request every single time.
“Hmmm, I don’t know little one. I don’t think you’re quite ready for the responsibility of having control of your arms again. I know you’re promising to be good from now on, but I don’t know if I quite believe you yet. I think you need a little bit more time to learn your lesson about how to be a good, diapered baby.”
“Yes, Mommy, I understand,” they’ll be forced to reply, despite their tears, knowing any other response will result in an immediate spanking.
Don’t ever reveal to them how much longer you plan to keep the straitjacket on them. Force them to agonizingly and slowly adapt to their humiliation and utter infantile dependence on you, due to their new, 24/7 garment. Make them swear they’ll never disobey you again every night… until they genuinely mean it.
And finally, just when you suspect they’ve just finally psychologically adapted to their new, utterly dependent level of babyhood… free them suddenly and without explanation.
They will be so shocked by their return to freedom, it will probably scare them at first. And in a strange way, just at first, they might even miss the evil jacket, the independence of having the mobility of their arms now strangely terrifying to them.
But not really. They’ll quickly adjust. And in the days following release, they’ll shutter in terror at just the memories of the horrifying constraint.
But in the jacket’s wake, their newly reinforced habits of utter babyhood will remain with them, far more ingrained in their psyche than ever before. They will really feel like they need their Mommy now on a deep, deep level, even when the jacket is gone.
Going forward, I promise that a little subjected to such a prolonged constraint, even for just one week, will never forget the lesson.
Anytime they even see the jacket in the future, they will immediately cave to any demands you might ever have. (Some especially devious caregivers might even just subtly hang the straitjacket on the back of their little one’s nursery door as a reminder, whenever they sense their little one acting up again.)
A week of ‘jacket time and diapers’ will now become the most feared punishment they can ever imagine, and it will now be at your finger tips at all times.
If that doesn’t give you the power to transform your little one into your perfect little adult baby, I don’t know what will!
The Multi-Point Medical Bed Restraint System (aka Segufix Total Medical Restraints)
The most common and effective brand of the above mentioned type of restraint system, which you may have heard of already, is the Segufix Humane Patient Positioning and Restraint System.
Segufix hospital restraints are multi-point restraints that specialize in making the subject completely immobile while they lay in a bed. (Or their crib in our case!)
It accomplishes this by securing the subject with the following medical grade locking straps:
— A dual strap across the bed that goes above and below both ankles. Then, individual ankle straps around each ankle, making foot movement impossible.
— A dual strap across the bed above and below both thighs. Then, individual, double wrapped straps around each thigh, making raising or moving the thighs impossible.
— Individual, double wrapped straps around each wrist, with hands effectively secured to the mattress next to the patient’s midsection. Hand movement is effectively completely restrained. Further, this is typically combined with medical restraint mittens, stifling any finger usage or movement as well.
— An ultra-wide belt strap across the patient’s mid-section, just over the top section of the subject’s diaper, preventing waist movement or waist lifting or wriggling of any kind. It also prevents the diaper’s removal without the waist strap being methodically removed.
(And yes, incidentally, diapers are also normally required for medical patients in such a full-restraint system, even for non-adult-babies, as getting up to use the restroom is no longer very feasible!)
— A thick, multi-point harness that goes above the patient’s shoulders, around their chest, and down to their midsection (where it is tightly secured to their extra-wide belt).
— Further, the harness has a thick strap that runs down, beneath their diaper, and up through their legs, where significant pressure can be applied against a subject’s (likely soggy or soiled) diaper, allowing you to secure the diaper tightly against the patient’s groin by pulling this strap as firm as possible.
— Finally, additional straps run across the bed and over the harness, tightly securing the subject’s chest flat against the bed at all times.
— Each and every strap is then secured with a unique, child-proof and patient-proof locking mechanism that prevents any unwanted tampering.
Further, each strap is modular, allowing you to adjust the restraint system to your needs. For example, to loosen a particular group of straps for a diaper change.
Or, if you want to enhance the extreme bondage even further, you may wish to add an optional cranial restraint that consists of a strap that wraps around the subject’s head, then connects to a strap across the bed and over their forehead, limiting any head movement as well.
* * *
As you can see, such a system is absolute in terms of restraining a subject’s movement. Multiple industry tests have confirmed that such a medical grade restraint system, when properly installed, is effectively impossible for any person to escape!
Needless to say, subjecting your little one to such a system will guarantee their absolute immobility.
It is worth noting that this method of total restraint system lacks even the limited mobility that the straitjacket allows (in the form of walking). Therefore, it is more taxing on caregivers to maintain long-term, as they must provide significantly more attention to their little one’s well-being while they remain ‘strapped down’.
But with the extra effort comes extra reward. Because such a restraint system will subject your little one to a level of total bondage they never imagined possible before.
The first time you subject your little one to the total restraint system, they will likely not put up a fight as you implement the first few straps, as they will now be used to similar simple restraints in their crib.
But soon, they will begin to realize you are applying far more straps than usual.
You are tightening them much tighter.
And now, worst of all, it’s far too late for them to possibly resist! What little mobility they have left is now useless for putting up a fight!
Similar to the straitjacket, when the subject is finally totally secured, they will be in shock at just how much mobility you were able to deprive them of.
They will likely also, similarly, burst into tears and pleas for release, which you should gleefully stifle with a thick rubber pacifier.
And finally, similar to the straitjacket, I recommend you pull the final restraint beneath their diaper extra tight. And pat them on their soiled diaper and tease them about how squishy it must feel now, pressed up against their privates, and how there’s nothing they can do about it anymore.
Even just 60 seconds in such a restraint system is enough to leave a profound impact on a submissive. They will realize that they had no idea just how much freedom you could take from them.
But you’re not going to subject them to their new restraints for just 60 seconds.
You’re going to do it every night.
And during every nap time.
And, if you’re feeling extra devious, 24 hours a day, with extremely limited, supervised breaks throughout the day for stretching and crawling about their nursery.
Every time you apply the restraints, make a new, unique routine of their application for the little one. One that incorporates them into the process of their submission, similar to how you might invite a little one to participate in their own diaper change.
Make them retrieve each strap and bring it to you from across the room.
As you tighten each strap over the little one, have them name each strap, where it’s going, and why.
And every time you finish strapping them down, make them thank you for ‘securing them’. “Thank you, Mommy, for making sure I’m safe in my crib and my diaper all night with all my new special straps!” They’ll be required to say, tears or not.
If they are not confined to their new restraints 24/7, find reasons to increase the amount of time they do spend in them.
Put them to bed early (and into their restraints), for talking back. Say, perhaps about not getting their poopy diaper changed before dinner.
Make them now serve their time-outs in their crib, fully restrained. Never tell them how long it’s going to be until you return.
Only change their diapers when they’re strapped in their crib—such as when they wake up in the morning, or just after nap-time. And when changing their diaper, only loosen the restraints absolutely necessary to do so.
You can even choose to feed them lunch and dinner through a feed bag above their head on days they’re naughty enough to deserve it. (In my opinion, this seems like an appropriate punishment for an inadequate ‘thank you’ from a little one to their Mommy for being restrained the night before!)
If you are implementing a 24 hour session of restraint, whether for just one day or more, limit their three ‘stretching’ periods out of their restraints to a crushingly short amount of time. Say, just 20 minutes.
Then, shave minutes off for the most minor of infractions, such as expressing any frustration or displeasure at all with the extreme restraint punishment you are subjecting them to. Or the lack of diaper changes you are giving them, forcing them to helplessly lay in their messy diapers for hours on end.
Over the course of their punishment, they will soon be living in a state of constant dread about their inevitable return to their ‘safety straps’.
Every night, as soon as the routine of being ‘strapped up for bed’ begins, they will burst into tears of humiliation and helplessness.
In the many hours they will spend so tightly confined, they will, on a primal level, realize just how critical and necessary their diapers are. And they will gain a newfound psychological and physiological dependence and appreciation of them.
They will also form a profoundly enhanced psychological and physiological dependence on you, their caregiver, as you are now the one who decides whether they have even a hair’s breadth of physical freedom that day… or not. And pleasing you and being in your good graces will become their most pressing imperative 24 hours per day.
And the behavior that prompted this newfound extreme level of restraint? Their filthy habit of masturbating in their diapers?
Such desires will quickly become practically forgotten to your submissive. Like a strange dream in the past.
Instead, their only lust will be for the mere moments of playtime or coloring or baby-TV you allow them per day when they are out of their restraints.
After such a period of restraint, they will forever now enjoy what they previously viewed as the humiliating constraints of babyhood—toddling around in a poopy diaper, coloring in a playpen, being pushed around in a stroller—as the very height of freedom itself.
Oh, and during their confinement, they’ll look forward to diaper changes with you more than ever! If only for the brief moments of a slight increase of freedom that it offers.
Final Thoughts on Methods of Extreme Restraint
For the above methods of total restraint—the straitjacket and multi-point total bondage bed system—I prefer to keep their implementation limited in duration. (While also being careful to conceal this intention of limited duration to the little one being constrained.)
For example, I might implement a period of one to four weeks in a straitjacket, depending on how naughty a little one has been.
Or one month of being secured in the full, multi-point restraint system at nap-times and bed-times. (Even when only imposed when they would normally be in their crib anyway, the total restraint system is still remarkably capable of having a dramatic impact on submissive behavior and fostering a newfound genuine psychological diaper dependence in them.)
The first reason I prefer these methods of bondage for inherently limited durations, is because such methods are so extreme, they are profoundly effective in correcting problematic behavior, even when applied for limited durations, as they have the ability to ‘scare your little one straight’, so to speak, remarkably quickly.
Secondly, such methods of intense bondage inherently significantly increase the burden on the caregiver of taking care of their little one, due to the little one’s new profoundly limited mobility. (It’s like caring for a newborn, instead of a toddler). It’s undoubtedly worth it to take up this workload for a limited duration, given its effectiveness, but I don’t feel that it’s practical to adopt it in the long term.
And finally, and ultimately my deciding reason on this issue, is because for me, so much of the joy of having a diapered adult little is seeing them toddle around in their diaper, seeing them voluntarily sit still for their spoon-fed breakfast like a good baby, seeing them go to the corner, squat down, and turn red faced after ‘making a stinky’ for me to change.
I find the extreme methods of restraint above merely as means to an end, so to speak. As a form of discipline, in order to achieve the desired submissive behavior, rather than a prolonged desired form of adult-babyhood in of itself.
That said, that is just my personal viewpoint on the methods of extreme restraints above. To my fellow Nanny’s and caregivers, I encourage you to use them with your little ones however you please!
After all, as I like to say, I consider every Mommy or Daddy domme an artist. The tools of punishment, bondage, and diapered humiliation—their paintbrush and canvas. And the successfully regressed, diapered and dominated adult baby now under their complete control and care—their masterpiece to present to the world.
Conclusion
I hope in this chapter I’ve given you many utterly devious ideas for how to implement bondage to punish the naughty little one under your care!
Many of the restraints I described above are also wonderfully versatile, and can be implemented at any point in your diapered submissive’s journey of regression. Such restraints can be temporary. They can be permanent. They can be a threat. They can even be a wonderful little surprise!
Ultimately, they can be used to permanently curb your little one’s naughty diaper-touching habit. Or, if you prefer… restrict it just enough to drive your little mad as they desperately try in vein to satisfy their perverse, diaper humping desires, only to deliciously fail again and again.
In my next chapter, I’m going to introduce a completely different method of punishment. One that takes a different tact entirely than all the other methods described thus far in this guide.
I promise, it’s a method that neither you, nor your submissive, will ever forget.
See you then!
Nanny
