Update #31 (Animation & New Devs!)

This week we've got some exciting new animation news, along with 2 new dev additions to the team! Rather unfortunately though, we don't have too many specifics:/ We're running through final setups for all our new team members and out of courtesy don't want to announce anything until everyone's completely settled. But, we will have our first full team announcement here in next week's update!
Highlights:
⋅ Final New Dev Setups!
⋅ Continued Optimization work through all levels (based on last week's optimization)
⋅ Waterpark Environment Overhaul progress (80% done)
⋅ Procedural Chase and Cutscene progress (95% done)
⋅ First few fully animated and structured cutscenes done! (more details in "The Details")

⋅ No Entity Mode Poll Announcement and Plan (Set for Friday! 12/15)
⋅ Full Team Announcement! (Coming in next week's update) (All new devs, animators, etc)
⋅ Footstep Foley Poll! (Set for Saturday! 12/16)

Unfortunately, due to a quite busy split of work for me personally (Sven), there isn't much code to get into this week. So, to cover something a bit different this week...
Let's get to some animation news!
Our new main animator has just recently gotten settled in and pumped out some of our first (and absolutely amazing) animations to be used in a few main storyline cutscenes! A few of which will be announced and detailed in the Storyline announcement this coming Sunday.
Rather unfortunately though we've decided to keep the majority of cutscenes under wraps until launch:/
( I (Sven) am hoping though, that we'll be able to agree on and put together a short animation leak possibly in the coming week! )
