Hello Steph ( sorry for my english) currently i am an electrician and i have a job and a side business going in for Me i am 19 years old, but my big Brother ( he is 22) he have no job and no tarde or skill and he is doing nothing about it, i am always telling him nicely to go and do something at least geting a job, but he doesnt want to listen to Me, how should i approach hem and motivate hem before its to late for him, thanks a lot
