Thank you for the video. Ironically, I took the same flight, KL618 on September 26th. I have similar concerns as I am going to Belize soon and am debating whether to drive through Mexico with my 65 pound shepherd mix (German & Australian) or fly Grace from Atlanta or Miami. While at Logan's Terminal E, I met a couple with a very friendly dog who were about to deliver him/her to be crated for the flight. They said that they do it frequently and the airlines are very good about letting they keep their pet on leash with them until just before boarding. Thanks for the tip on the Impact crate. Any reason you choose this one over the K9 Kennel Boss which looks similar at half the cost, thought the K9 doesn't appear to have wheels.
