Hat Holders sell for about $10 on Etsy and there isn't a lot of competition. They're great for people who like to display their hats without having a giant shelf.

Nope, it can be oriented in a way that supports is not required
this might be a dumb question but does this require supports? Im on a browser slicer and have not figured out supports yet. Thanks.
Thanks, I’m using a Flashforge Adventurer 4. Never lost adhesion. I’m trying to print again now with the hat holder on its side. I’ll let you know when it’s done how it turned out.

There could be a lot of factors at play. A quick thing to check is the orientation in the slice software. If the "stringyness" starts midway through the part it might be that the part lost adhesion on the build plate. If this is the first print, it never hurts to try again. Usually, I avoid rafts, but small parts on lower-quality printers can also have issues without better adhesion to the plate.
Should this be printed on its side? I printed one and flat part is very stringy. I’m a newbie so I’m sure I screwed up the print settings
