It is made at a 89 degree angle to accommodate for a little bit of sag. Hook the bottom cover on the dual-function interlocking tab.

Invisible Floating Book Shelves sell for around $20 on Etsy and seem to sell very well. This model costs about $1.20 and takes about 1hr 30min to print. You can load a build plate with a ton of these though, so expect good returns.
--Printing Tips--
- Stand up on the edge, to give the arm more strength
- Use 3 walls to add strength. I used 20 gyroid infill and it was strong.

Yes I can in a little, but basically print it so the layer lines are along the length of the beam. So the side of the model that’s shaped like an L should be touching the build plate Make sure you’re using a good infill % as well if it snapped. Or increase the # of walls. Some filament is also more brittle than others especially if it got moisture in it
"Stand up on the edge, to give the arm more strength". Could you share a pic of it positioned in a slicer? Having trouble understanding what you mean by the edge. I printed one, hung it and 3 normal sized books snapped the arm so hoping to reprint it stronger. Thank you!

I've got a customer inquiring about the strength. Realistically what kind of weight do you think these would support? I did the print same as your suggestions with 3 walls and 20% infill. I have a feeling the drywall would give before the mount would but figured I'd ask.
