Late to the party, but I found the Tumblr post Red mentioned regarding Steve's analysis of the "nurse" when he woke up in the present day. Honestly, it completely reframes Fury's cleverness and paranoia, which is critical if he's going to be a tentpole holding up SHIELD in the Avengers. So, having lodged my dislike of Civil War, one thing that y'all point out (and was pointed out by implicitly Pretentious in a supercut) was how Tony and Steve are made to be foils for each other. And I totally agree with that. I don't have much to say that hasn't been said by others, so I'll just suggest this: the climax of their conflict should have happened in Infinity War, not Civil War. And it didn't because the MCU was overstuffed by that point already. If this re-watch ever gets there, I might share some of my ideas on a more Steve-focused Cap 3 movie, but I dunno if that kind of thing is worth doing much when it's a good decade in the past now.
