In today's weekly post, we'll go through some exciting stuff coming with the new release of the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack, and a recent change to the Diamond membership.
Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack - 3.0

We are currently hard at work with a new release that we will be releasing very soon. GTSEP 3.0 is going to be the spiritual successor of GTSEP: Legacy Edition (though we will be supporting both releases), with plans to make it just as big, if not bigger than what you are all used to with the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack. The initial release will obviously not be huge, but where will lack in quantity, we (should) make up for in quality. Speaking of which, let's go and confirm what is coming with the initial version:
- 1 NEW engine: Gavril TCX647 I6 Diesel Engine; featuring a slightly downscaled engine model, and power output between 140 and 410 bhp. Best suited for light-duty trucking.
- 1 ADJUSTED engine: Gavril TCX855 I6 Diesel Engine; Renamed Belasco-Diesel engine with sligthly downrated power output (260 - 570 bhp), making it more period accurate.
- 2 NEW transmissions; Gavril Dual-Shift 8-, and 12-speed transmissions.
- 2 NEW final drive ratios: 3.25, and 2.85 final drive ratios for improved highway operations.
- ADDED Bias-Ply tires: Go back to the mid 1970's and early 1980's where Bias-Ply tires were still relatively commonplace on big rigs due to their low cost and strong load bearing capabilities.
- 4 NEW rear fender types; We have added Quarter Fenders, Single-Axle Fenders, Half Tandem Fenders, and Full Tandem Fenders to give you more customization options to build the truck of your dreams.
- A total of 5 NEW visor options; Enjoy the look that a Drop, Wicked, or Bow-Tie visor brings to both your conventional and cabover big rigs.
- NEW lighting options; Bring some flair by giving your T-Series some chicken lights!
- 4 NEW hood options; Restoring a bit of that classic T-Series look by adding wide versions of the hoods.
- ADDED Rear sidesteps; Available only to the aerocab frame (for now) is an extra set of sidesteps between the axles and the fuel tanks. We think that it makes the vehicle much better looking as well.
- ADDED Catwalk plates; plates with a diamond pattern to fill in the gap between the frame rails, so a person might safely walk across it.
- 1 PORTED turbowing; we think the turbowing made by BeamNG is decent at best, so we ported our own design from the previous version over to the new one! Our turbowing design is a much better fitting one, but we are leaving the original in case you prefer it.

But hold on, weren't you going to port over the modern interior as well? Well, yes! However, we have decided to first focus on getting customization parts in, as they are smaller and therefore faster to develop, before we move on to big stuff like modernizing the rig. This also gives us time to adjust the core of the vehicle for our in-development plans.
You mentioned that you're adjusting the core of the vehicle, what does that entail? That means that we might change certain things that would require changing the T-Series original files. Not to worry, unlike before, we are making GTSEP 3.0 standalone from the start.
Is GTSEP 3.0 compatible with pre-existing mods for the T-Series? Yes, because our T-Series will not affect the base-game T-Series. This does not mean that those mods will work on our T-Series though. Modders will be free to add their own parts to it, though.
Diamond Membership Update
We have made a slight update to the Diamond Membership. We have decided to increase the discount from 40% to 50% to make that membership tier just a bit more worthwhile
Final Notes
We thank you for your continued support! We have some very exciting stuff lined up for this year to which the details cannot yet be spilled, so stay tuned!
Thank you and stay awesome! ❤️
Yours sincerely,
