Weekly Post | The New Plan
🕑 Added 2023-10-30 12:33:39 +0000 UTCHey there dear patrons,
First, I apologize for the delay, I had other matters to attend to last week prior to writing this post. Nevertheless, in today's weekly post I am going to talk about what's next, like I promised to in last week's post. Let's get right into it.
What's Next?
I have devised a business plan with some assistance from our head of Quality Assurance, Bob, in which I had to have a good think about certain things, such as my objective. Starting from today, as of writing this post, GMTI will act professionally, as a business, and handle things as if it is a corporation. As I had mentioned in my previous transparency report post thing, some might like this, but some might not like it at all. That is sadly a fact, but this change fits perfectly with what I want GMTI to be. Here are GMTI's new vision, mission, and values:
Vision
Cater to enthusiasts by the creation of feature rich, specialized and highly optimized trucking themed content for BeamNG.Drive.
Mission
- Ensuring safe, friendly and respectful community interactions;
- Clear. effective, prompt, and reliable communication to the community;
- Curated, active and engaging professional Social Media image;
- Promoting Community Engagement through events and support (ex. Multiplayer Servers, technical support, events and contests);
- Analysis of the demand for requested features in relation to the evolving realities of the trucking industry;
- Staying at the cutting edge of knowledge on modding and trucking technologies;
- Competent, creative, and driven content development;
- Rigorous and standardized quality assurance;
- Structured and Strategorized Organization;
- Clearly communicated goals and expectations to the team.
Values
- Quality: Delivering top-notch, meticulously crafted content.
- Innovation: Continuously pushing boundaries and introducing fresh concepts.
- Optimization: Ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in all our creations.
- Customer Centricity: Placing our customers' needs and satisfaction at the core of our operations.
- Professionalism: Conducting business with utmost organization, reliability, and expertise.
Product Release Roadmap
Earlier today I wrote a public announcement in our Discord server and listed a short version of our roadmap for future releases and updates. Here is a more detailed version of that list:
Q4-2023:
- Push out the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack Public 2.1.4x 2023 finale update, including the 36" Sleeper Cab, Phase-IV day-cab interior remaster, and the Australian Spec version of the Gavril T-Series. Potential conversion to standalone included, cannot promise this though.
Q1-2024:
- Launch Heavy-Haul Trailer Pack as a FREE product, includes the full array of trailer components and heavy-weight loads.
- Launch General Purpose Trailer Pack as a paid product, including new components and new trailer sizes and loads.
Q2-2024:
- Push out the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack standalone update if not done so already.
- Update Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack: Legacy Sleeper Add-On including the full originally planned parts list.
- Release the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack: Recreational Vehicle Add-On for our Patreon members.
Q3-2024 and beyond:
- Unplanned, stay tuned!
Final Note
Now that I have made clear my intention to run GMTI as a corporation, I hope to rebuild the trust lost and build a new reputation and keep that.
As expressed in my announcement on Discord, GMTI hopes to find talented individuals to help us create our products. If you are interested, check out this page on our website: https://www.gtgmodsteam.com/vacancies
I thank you for your continued support and will be back later this week with progress updates on the Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack.
Yours sincerely,
Gregory U. - Founder of GMTI

Hi, can you please clarify by what is meant with "How secret it is to download?"
Ethan Blomquist
I miss GMT come back :(
Brady Kloss
I'm sorry I'm not a fan of how secret it is to download or at minimum a very clear and direct way to download if you must insist on changing everything be very up front about the steps to do so.
