Was waiting for this one -- thanks for sharing your knowledge! As for capturing the wet palette, you could potentially try to use OBS with an additional camera/phone(something like VDO.ninja lets you stream your phone to obs) or any other add-on that allows for a second source. When you record it, you can have both being recorded separately but still have time synced video.
