The "Substance painter explode w clothes" Fbx is for updating your old substance painter files.
To update go to the top of the substance window>Edit>Project configuration When the window opens hit select and choose the new fbx.
It will take time to update and while my version of updating worked fine always and i had no problems with the texture ALWAYS make a backup first because computers are funky
