Ragecraft IV Teaser #7: Crafting System
🕑 Added 2021-10-07 10:46:17 +0000 UTCRagecraft IV will have a unique crafting system that allows you to design your own items by adding enchantments (prefix), special abilities (suffix), and attribute upgrades (not shown here) to base items. You can add all at once or one at a time, but each item can only have one prefix, suffix, and upgrade. The crafting system works on weapons, tools, and armor. There will be countless possible combinations, and I am already looking forward to the unique items that players will create :D
The "Runeforge" is based on magical runes which you will find throughout the map. Runes are NOT consumed during crafting ... so if you lose your good stuff, you can re-create similar items as long as you have enough currency. Some powerful runes require "Rune Power", which you gain by collecting bonus objectives aka emeralds. This should not limit your crafting options unless you are ignoring bonus objectives or sequence-breaking hard.
This is just a teaser showcasing how the system works. The items have been created for this showcase, and they will probably be different in the actual map.
