Mike's name was revealed in the season three finale. It was when he went to Saul to get information on Jesse's location. It is in your edited reaction. I'd love to see you react to your edited reaction of hearing Mike's name and not realizing it. It is at 13:43.

Yes, that is Mike, his story in Season 3 about the man who killed his wife with the blender is one of the most amazing scenes of dialog in the history of television and he gets a bigger and bigger role in the show as the seasons go on. I think he'll grow on you. For me, he competes with Saul and Gus for best side character of Breaking Bad!
