Update - Nobuko kitchen service
🕑 Added 2020-04-26 23:54:05 +0000 UTCtl;dr - Despite migraines and neck pain I've now got the release out, and the next release should be easier to get done because I'm ahead of schedule on it.
This week's image
Nobuko is a good woman to have around. This is an enhanced version of the image (my AI enhancement software has recently been updated and improved, which is nice) and the game will some time soon include this scene, which goes along with some interactive options and an animated version of the shot. :)
The latest release is out, which is a relief
As I talked about last week I've been suffering from a nasty, sustained migraine period recently that's been inhibiting my ability to work. Fortunately, while I'm still not perfect, the problem seems mostly have moved and become neck pain for the moment, which means I'm probably on the mend and I'm also more able to work again, so I was able to get the release out this week. I'm still in pain and having to take a lot of breaks, but I'm back to making progress.
I knew that if I could get that release out I could relax a little and take a small amount of time off to recover, although at this point I think I'll probably just move at a slower pace for a week or so, rather than taking days completely off. Anyway, there's no question for me - this is good news and I'm back more or less on track, even if the schedule is running maybe a week later than I'd planned. I'm ahead of schedule on next month's work, thankfully, so I might be able to get this one out fairly promptly.
The next release will contain more apartment fun
I've recently been inspired to make new scenes, particularly with Nobuko or Emi, around the apartment, so I'm just going to make a bunch of these different sex scenes into the focus of the next update. I'm still deciding which ones will be in the next update - do I go early in the month and make a slightly smaller update, or later and go big? I haven't decided yet, but either way I think it'll be a good release, as I've been happy with my recent progress.
As I mentioned above even if I was behind schedule on the April release I'm ahead of schedule on the May release, so it's manageable. I was hoping to get some extra time to get even further ahead of schedule for future months; I guess that might be a little less likely now, but it's generally going okay now that I'm over the hump.
I'd also like to include some more scenes from the main plot; the thing holding me back there is largely just trying to untangle several different, slightly contradictory or conflicting ideas that I've had and turning it into something clear. We'll see how that goes, but I don't think I need to do too much before I can start putting in some endings and unlocking new characters.
What do you think of the picture? Does the upcoming content sound good to you? Let me know in the comments!
