Yeah, I just make the public releases a bit less frequently than that. They're a lot of work, so I tend to only do a public release every few months.

Wild Bill

Oh. Most games the public releases aren't far behind the private ones, like a week to a month or so. And it's very unusual to see one that doesn't make the old version public when a new one comes out.

BBBen

I don't think that's a case of missing tags; it's just that the public version is always going to be a bit behind the patrons' version, even if I make the public release later.

Wild Bill

Awesome, harem is where it's at. Girls fighting over you is a good for the ego, not so much for an enjoyable home life. By the way, is there some missing tags on the release posts? Clicking on the game releases tag the public version that comes up is quite a few versions behind the restricted version.

BBBen

I hope you do! I'll have a new release coming relatively soon, I think, with Shizu's content in place, so you can finally get to a proper 'harem' stage, whether it's through accelerated starts or normal play.

Wild Bill

That's true, I haven't played myself in ages. With the extra time from lockdown I should do that.

BBBen

It's a little hard to tell what might be the content that players haven't seen, since I know not everyone plays every release. Setting it to just before all the sex scenes, though, (along with making a skip function for the sex scenes, which is also part of the plan) will allow players to get quickly into the "harem" stage, which is more open so you can access stuff freely.

Wild Bill

I don't find braces sexy, but other than that she's a real cutie and it looks like she's enjoying herself too which is a big plus. If saves breaking is a likely risk, an accelerated start is a good idea, I think. Maybe bringing you right to the start of new content might be better than jumping to a fixed point, although that might need more maintenance.
