Update - Shizu and Shuji on the couch (1440p)
🕑 Added 2019-11-11 06:14:24 +0000 UTCtl;dr - I'm pivoting to Shizu's content.
This week's image
I've been a little reluctant to show stuff for Shizu that's not going to be in the game any time soon, but I made this image today and I figure it's okay to show one or two here and there. This one's enhanced so if you click on it you'll get the larger size.
I've been enjoying making Shizu butt-shots lately. ;)
Starting on Shizu's content
My pivot, now that I've got Nobuko's sex scene in the game, has this week been to start working Shizu's content. Naturally, I've got a certain degree of work on it already done in my long pre-production phase with the game, but while I've got some image concepts down and plans for most of the scenes, I don't really have it written up yet.
The slightly unfortunate thing is that the stuff I've been inclined to work on recently has not been Shizu's flashbacks, but rather stuff that's going to come into the game after her interactive sex scene, so the stuff I'm including now isn't likely to show up for a few months.
I'm keen to get her flashbacks and dates done, because I feel once Emi, Nobuko and Shizu can all potentially join the harem, then I'll be able to really start doing some interesting stuff with the design and maybe adding all sorts of stuff in a less regimented and strict manner. It'd be nice to be able to work a bit more spontaneously again, which I haven't been able to do for a long time.
A break?
I've been feeling lately like I could use a little bit of a break, but it never seems like the right time and I keep getting sucked back into work. I also don't really know what I'd do... it's a little unfortunate because regular breaks and getting distance from the work are important steps for avoiding burnout.
Oh, well. I did manage to finish the latest update early, so that probably buys me a little more time for now.
Do you like the picture? Have you been waiting for Shizu content? Let me know in the comments!
